The hotel is in the desert, it's really hard to find! ! The hotel has no front desk service after 6:00 p.m., because I booked through Ctrip, and the hotel’s email was intercepted by the QQ mailbox. I almost fell asleep on the road and contacted Ctrip for several hours before giving me the hotel mailbox. When the hotel arrived at the gate, it required a combination lock, and pulled the luggage to the room by itself. I was so terrified that I couldn't enter the main entrance of the hotel and had to drive along the path into the backyard to park. I was so nervous overseas that I couldn't find the self-check-in email sent by the hotel. I booked this hotel because it was close to the desert 🏜️Outlet. There is a swimming pool and desert cactus in the hotel yard🌵, the desert is very hot🔥, the drinks and snacks in the room are free, but they are all chocolate sweets. Those who like to eat high calories can.

From the Grand Canyon, I chose this hotel. The hotel is in a good location. The rooms are fully equipped with microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, and the first floor. The outside of the room is a pool and hot spring pool. I have a comfortable spa at night. Free parking in the yard, there is a restaurant at the entrance of the hotel, very delicious, a lot of people. 20 minutes drive from the desert Ole, shopping is super convenient.

I am taking the time to write this review because we were hesitant about our stay given the negative ones below. We had THE BEST time at the Ace. The mid-week vibes were great, super low key guests. Great pool time. What stood out was the food. We ate breakfast and lunch every day and loved everything we had. I can't recommend the Ace enough and I can't wait to come back next winter.

All Dad wanted was a pool to hang out in for the weekend. I did my research and it paid off! Even though some comments made the pool sound ”not that great” ...it was! The online pictures don't do it justice! It's BIG, clean, only 5' deep total so you can walk across! Plenty of chairs and umbrellas, just really pretty and fun! Music playing at just the right sound. Pool bar food good and fast delivery.

This property used to be a Staybridge Suites managed by IHG but it changed over to Homewood Suites managed by Hilton. I was a guest from mid-February to mid-June and was there before, during the changeover, and after from Staybridge to Homewood. The property is a large property located next to one of the golf courses which is adjacent to Palm Springs Airport. The west side of the property has a fantastic view of Mount San Jacinto. There is an outdoor pool and a trail that parallels the golf course that you can walk on for exercise or your morning constitutional. The rooms are equipped with a kitchen that has a full size microwave, a full size refrigerator with freezer and icemaker, a stove top, a dishwasher, and a sink. The suites all have a separate bedroom (but not all rooms are suites). There's a desk and chair, sofa, stool, a couple of dressers, and a large flat screen television with cable. If you have a suite that has a separate bedroom there will be a flat screen television in the bedroom. The premise is equipped with Wi-Fi. There is a fitness room equipped with free weights, benches, treadmills, ellipticals, and a stationary bike that is adjacent to a complimentary laundry where you can do laundry while you're there. There is a full hot breakfast and it's good. They'll have scrambled eggs, or omelettes, (cheese or western style or plain), sausage or bacon, fried potatoes of some type, pancakes or waffles, and a variety of fresh fruits, sliced tomatoes, and the like. I am an IHG reward member and have stayed at this property many times over the past several years, but the change over to Homewood has me reconsidering. The changeover was not without problems. First, housekeeping went completely to pieces. Under Staybridge if you were there more than 7 days you scheduled housekeeping for once weekly on whatever day you wanted it. That completely died when it changed over to Homewood. After the changeover I never got my room cleaned unless I went downstairs and told them ”I need my room cleaned tomorrow, it was supposed to be cleaned today and nobody showed up”. That never got corrected. I don't know why. Staybridge also had an evening social every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday where they had complimentary sodas, beer, and wine, with a hot bar. Homewood eliminated that. This property has spacious parking - I mean spacious. There is room to park a hundred tractor trailer trucks and still have room for all the guests to park their cars. Under Staybridge parking was complimentary. Homewood instituted a $10 nightly parking fee. The average nightly prize for the rooms went up under Hilton. My room went from I believe $149 a night to $179 a night IIRC. I was there 2 months after the change over to Homewood, and the Wi-Fi became spotty. The Wi-Fi was still branded as IHG. One day it died completely and I called the front desk and they sent a maintenance guy up. He reset the access router and things began working again. But I asked him wha

Onsen is a beautiful place to stay! The staff were really friendly and helpful throughout each interaction. The room was well presented, clean and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable. The shower caters to tall people - 6'4” tall and easily able to stand under the showerhead. The pool and spa were great for relaxing the aches after a day of driving. Would absolutely recommend Onsen to anyone staying in the area.

This hotel is very new, the hardware is good, but the rooms are small. There is Wal-Mart on the side, full-time. Two major supermarkets. There are many small restaurants such as Pizza Hut, etc. It is perfect to rest and replenish supplies during the trip. One of the disadvantages of the room is to save energy, his lights will be turned off after a while. Plus the lighting in the room itself is not very good. Just a little bit uncomfortable. The water pressure in the other room was very low and the bath was very uncomfortable. The breakfast at this hotel is very good. Even during the epidemic. The types of non-contact food provided are much more than that of ordinary hotels.

Hotel was very new and it was nice. Staff was professional but the hotel was a little bit pricey at 250 US Dollars after tax. I think this hotel is very new so I guess I understand the justification for such a high price point. The hotel includes a decent breakfast and also has a swimming pool and did let us check in 1 hour early. My boyfriend's mother was surprised that I picked holiday in express but she was very pleased with my decision and we got two rooms. I would return there but have to think twice about dropping $250 US dollars. Must be cheaper in the summer and perhaps not on a weekend when there was something special in town. I got the Holiday Inn Express on this wonderful website and it was literally 100 US dollars per night per room cheaper. Thank you trip.com

To be honest this resort wasn’t our first choice for a girls trip - but I found us a great deal and it had decent reviews. We arrived late at night and were impressed by the spacious entry way. Check-in was quick and easy - although the front desk clerk was perhaps not the most friendly. I asked if he had any tips for us - it was our first time to the area and he said, “umm Palm Springs is about 30 min away”. Yep we just flew in so that’s one thing we did know We had the choice between the main building and outer building. I didn’t know what that meant so I went with main and I’m glad we did. We were in the 6th floor, not far from an elevator which was handy for the Oasis pool area Breakfast in the morning at Rockwood was fantastic. Between the group we tried the American breakfast and Wet Burrito on the first day and it was ll fantastic. The rest of the trip we opted for the buffet. At $32 a person including beverages it was a great deal. The buffet included fruits, bagels and breads, smoked salmon and meats, breakfast potatoes, bacon, eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, waffles and an omelet station. On the weekend they had a crepe station. The pastry selections were fantastic and delicious. There were 3 pools in the Oasis pool area- a lap pool, larger pool and “upper deck”. The upper deck is just a smaller pool that seemed to be more of an overflow area - would have made sense to be an adults only pool but wasn’t. There were some VIP chairs but for $75 were completely unnecessary on our trip. We had no problem finding pool chairs near the pool and under umbrellas . Water stations around the pool were a nice touch The first day we had one pool server who was amazing and went above and beyond. Think his name was Connor. The next day we had a server that gave us a sign to raise when we wanted help…they sold pool floaties and I asked if we purchased one did the pool in gate them for us…most resort pools do…. She was offended I implied she might blow up the floaty and said we could do it ourselves or try to get a pool boy to do it but she brought the drinks. Ummm. Definitely didn’t expect our server to inflate a floaty - sorry I asked Pool drinks were great. Skip the nachos but the quesadilla was great and only $13 The lobby shop was inflated more than I expected but had a great selection of things you may have forgotten at home - also had pool floaties for $13 compared to $18-25 at the pool. The resort had a lot of fun things to do that we didn’t have time for - mini golf, outside lawn games and boat rides. The hotel bar looked fun and was centrally located Overall a very good stay - exceeded our expectations and I think we’ll be back! Definitely get the breakfast!

BBurgeWhat a beautiful, quaint and charming little hotel! I’ve always wanted to stay here in the past but I was so happy that a room was available on this visit. What wonderful customer service the entire visit. We stayed two nights and were so relaxed! Such a quiet place and walking distance to so many awesome restaurants not to mention the ****** is right across the street. The pool and jacuzzi was open 24 hours a day which was amazing for a late night swim under the palms and full moon. Highly recommend this boutique! Can’t say enough great things about it.

GGuest UserThis was my second stay in this motel-style place (it’s 2 story - so prepare for stairs - and outside doors all face a courtyard). Super clean, friendly staff, and excellent balconies, pool, and hot tubs. The only downside is that the hotel is on a busy road, but there is a narrow sidewalk to the nearest intersection and the walk into the heart of Palm Springs is pleasant (e.g., it’s an easy 10-minute stroll to the Thursday night market, famous artwork, etc.). Our family has had two great stays here and will continue to make it our go-to for Palm Springs!

GGuest UserFirst, let me lay ground to be taken as credible. When saying an employee was kind to customers, the first thing to realize is first and foremost an employee must work in the interest of their employer, whether the DMV, a bank, or a unified school district. Being kind at the expense of the person providing a paycheck is not acceptable. The goal, rarely achieved, is being simultaneously professional and kind while working, in this case, in the best interests of the Cole Hotel. You will find a similarity in other reviews of good customer service. I was afraid I would be disappointed as the the ”bar” had been raised too high. Not so. GOOD service from EVERYONE, and a good overall experience. A coupe of remarks, keeping in mind I rate the hotel a 5: The hotel is significantly above downtown, away from the downtown PS vibe. On the other hand, once in your car, you are three minutes away from the experience, so don't let that stop you. (Its getting increasingly harder to find a parking space in downtown, yes.) The hotel markets on their website two separate, unrelated, on-site dining experiences/companies for hotel guests. During lunchtime we ordered a hamburger poolside but was informed we could not order until 3pm, and indeed they held us to that. However, the hotel's website states: ”Exclusively Open to Hotel Guests from 10AM – 11PM” (Implying, if a hotel guest, you may order before 3pm.)

BBINThe uncle at the front desk was super enthusiastic, introduced us to local restaurants, and talked about the Texas he had been to. . . Uncle said that the hotel is not in downtown Palm Springs, it is relatively dark outside, it is best to drive out at night, but it is safe here, don't worry. Room facilities are average, but clean is fine. Breakfast was pretty good, milk and orange juice were plentiful, and many guests took it to the room to eat. The highlight of the hotel is the swimming pool, which opens from 8 am to 9 pm. There are two large pools and two small spa pools, which are very suitable for taking pictures.

GGuest User4 of us rented two rooms with two queen beds for three nights. Unfortunately the rooms have not been updated or maintained so you're dealing with rattling windows that don't close all the way, caulk coming off of the tub, poor ventilation in the bathroom, only one drawer to try and share, worn carpet, and one small nightstand to share. There is also significant air in the pipes so when you turn on the water at the one small sink the air causes the water to shoot all over the very small countertop. For a room with two queen beds the bathroom is very small and there is no storage. Also; the sink didn't drain well. The main pool area is crowded because they don't have the bar open at the other pool that's available. Also, the hot tub is filled with children 95% of the time which doesn't allow adults to enjoy it. On Friday evening we dropped in at the lobby bar to have a nightcap. The bar was short staffed and the bartender was in an exasperated state so was quite rude. The only bright spot for our stay was the food quality from the JWB restaurant. The prices are ridiculous but at least the food was delicious. With fees and taxes we spent over $500 per night. I've stayed at much better maintained hotels for half that price. Will definitely stay elsewhere the next time we're in Palm Springs.

YYIMINGPalm Springs hotels are lower in price. Palm Springs hotels are basically in the form of hotels because they are closer to Los Angeles and the housing prices are generally very high. Especially on weekends, they are basically 1000+. This hotel can park for free. As our transit station to Redeem Mountain and Ole is good, we just sleep a bit, the rooms are average and the health is average. If you rest overnight instead of coming to vacation, this hotel is OK of

GGuest UserA great getaway.....Yes a MOTEL 6---Palm Springs EAST! Can not say enough great things about MOTEL 6 Palm Springs EAST! **(Make sure it's MOTEL 6 Palm Springs EAST.....NOT DOWNTOWN!)** First---It does not look like a typical MOTEL 6. It has a 1960s--modernism look about it. Surround by palm trees and mountains. A nice scenic spot especially from the pool and rooms facing the pool. Again, this is not your typical MOTEL.....it's NOT corporate owned---it's a franchise!! The staff is TOP NOTCH--head by Property Manager Debra----they are always friendly and very accommodating with both motel matters and The Palm Springs area! Debra has added your own extra special touch to the property. It's a great location very close to downtown Palm Springs. Close to restaurants too. There is also evening security at the property. If you want to escape to Palm Springs for a no hassle, no frills stays.....TRY MOTEL 6 Palm Springs EAST. You'll be very happy with your desert stay!

MMichaelCnvTotally taken advantage of. Due to severe wind, all flights were cancelled so had to book a room for the night. Because it’s Valentine’s Day weekend I knew it would be more money and limited availability in the city but this dump was over $300! Robbery! Dirty. Hair on the pillow, hair in the sink and on the floor. I have a shaved head so definitely wasn’t mine. With Covid going on I was so uncomfortable I slept will all my clothes on including my hoodie. They sprayed a ton of deodorizer in the room but that ain’t foolin anyone. This is a $50 hotel so shame on them for what they do. I’ll pay $300 for a nice hotel and immaculate room but this was gross.
