A centrally located hotel, very well connected and with excellent service. The hotel is gorgeous, tastefully decorated and the service is excellent. The breakfast buffet is sufficient and varied. The staff is very friendly and attentive to help in any way possible. I couldn't enjoy the terrace, but it's wonderful.

The room size is suitable, the environment is good, the service is very nice, and the girl who takes care of the room is very patient. The surrounding area is also very convenient, with restaurants and supermarkets. It's just that the Chinese food opposite is a bit hungry. The overall feeling is good.

Very comfortable hotel with all the amenities you need for a city break in the sun! Breakfast was fantastic offering an egg cooking station chef to make fresh omelettes, scrambled, fried eggs etc, all the continental breakfast items. Pool bar food was great and generous portions. 10 minute walk to old town and 5 minute walk to bars restaurants. 10 minute walk to supermarket up some steps if you turn right out of the hotel left up the first set of steps you hit and then left pass a park cross over the roads to your right and you’ll see it. Hotel is about 15 minutes taxi ride from the airport and cost us 22 euros each way. There was lots of roadworks outside the hotel but these seem to be nearly finished and did impact on our stay. Pool terrace has great views and comfortable sunbeds. Super friendly staff and clean rooms.

A good four stars. Hotel close to the airport (taxi 14 euros, no ubers in Mallorca). I was lucky enough to have a terrace room (first floor room) where you walk from your balcony directly onto the terrace overlooking the pool. I reckon these rooms are best unless you're obsessed with a sea view in which case go above 5th floor. Hotel breakfast is good- lots of choice. Also an inexpensive cafe / bar on poolside with very friendly staff. The hotel was peaceful when we were there- slept well and beds pretty comfortable. Very very close to the beach- 3 mins walk - and then you're on the beachfront which has an almost unlimited abundance of restaurants, cafes and bars. One cautionary note about the restaurants nearby - be careful with the reviews many look to be inflated / fake so choose carefully. Lots of mini-supermarkets - the best within 5 mins walk is carrefour express.

I’ve just returned from a five night solo trip at this hotel. The hotel was lovely, so modern but with really lovely touches. I arrived fairly late after a flight delay, there was an issue with my payment but Pablo was patient and understanding and I really appreciated that after a long day! All the staff I dealt with were polite and kind. Bus links to Palma and airport are very close by and reasonably priced. The beach is also very close along with many shops and restaurants. The pool area was great, plenty of sun beds and shades for everyone and a really chilled out vibe. The brunch offer was perfect, I was able to have breakfast and then pop back for something small over lunch. The room was also lovely, I stayed in a superior single room on the first floor. Often single rooms appear cramped but this was just perfect and the lovely big balcony overlooking the pool was a real treat. I would most definitely recommend the hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

A very satisfying holiday experience. Because of the decoration, I stayed in another Iberostar Hotel. The location is very good, right by the beach, with great scenery. It was very pleasant to walk on the beach after dinner. There is a bus stop at the door with buses to and from the hotel and the city center, which is very convenient. The service is even more satisfactory, worthy of the five-star price. This is not the first time I have come to Mallorca, but this time I am most satisfied with my stay, and I will come again next time.

Stayed for 4 nights June 2024. Some good points but overall generally dissatisfied. Pros: •Food is good- good selection and tasty •Rooms were decent although a bit small, good sized balconies with sea view • Most of the staff were friendly- particularly in the restaurant and bar areas. •Free Wifi with good speeds • Good location, 2 minute walk to the beach, 20 minute walk to water park, lots of shops, restraunts and ammenities nearby Cons: •Would not class this hotel as all inclusive- maybe full board. Meals have 2 hour set time slot, if you miss them youre out of luck, no snacks between and the 3 drink limit can only be used at these times also. •Hotel was overrun by German students who insisted on making noise all hours of the night. Slamming doors, shouting, running up and down the corridors between 11pm and 5am. We had small children with us who were woken on several occasions. On our 3rd night of this and having had no sleep we complained to reception who apologised but said they couldn't do anything about it. However that evening the security had come to our room and asked us to keep the noise down as we had been watching a video on our phone on the balcony! • The pool is tiny and gets no sun making it pretty much unusable. Its more like swimming in a bathtub. There are no sun loungers out by the pool, it seems pointless them having one at all. • Hotel is on a noisy road with guests from opposite hotel stood outside shouting and singing until late into the night. The walls are paper thin so can hear everything from outside and inside the hotel. • when we were leaving we asked the receptionist if she could call us 2 taxis or a large taxi as there were 7 of us. She said no and that we had to walk down the street and try to find one ourselves. • After checking out they have a locker room to store your lugagge but you have to pay €8 per tiny locker that only fits one small case! • Travel cot in room was broken and unsafe but staff said they were unable to do anything about it. • Lifts were a nightmare, especially as we had a pushchair and were on the 7th floor so heavily relied on them. Were often waiting for ages to be able to get in. Overall for young people travelling with friends who are going to be out partying at night this would suit fine but definitely would not recommend for families or couples who want a relaxing break.

Our experience was great. Marc was extremely helpful right from the start, providing us with an easy check in and amazing local recommendations. The room was spotless and the service impeccable, with staff making sure we had what we needed at every opportunity. The proximity to Palma is great, close enough to enjoy a night out in the city and far enough for a peaceful beach vacation. I will be recommending this hotel to family and friends interested in visiting Mallorca.

ok so we booked this 2 star hotel with some holiday compensation we got for a flight delay so were not expecting great things,i was surprised on arrival at many things,the place is really clean, the rooms were very clean the bathroom recently refurbed, there is hairdryer and shampoo and handwash supplied, fresh towels and bed made daily, breakfast is 6 euros, theres plenty cereals breads, cold meats fruit, toast eggs bacon etc etc a really good price for all they have on offer, there are vending machines with snacks and a lovely pool bar with several large comfy sofas, 2 euros for a can of cola which is cheaper than the local shop, they have an iron you can borrow( no charge) there is a very clean shower room for when you have to check out of your room,the staff couldnt be any more helpful, the pool gets the sun from about 1pm but it wasnt too cold before this time, there are only about 7 sunbeds but the pool was never busy, there are tables and chairs round pool area and some rattan furniture also so plenty of seating options, theres a supermarket a few meters along the road for supplies, theres great air con in the rooms but this heats your balcony area up greatly making it not great to sit out on if the other person is inside with the air con on, the only thing that i personally think could improve your stay would be a small fridge in the room for drinks, the hotel caters mainly for dutch and germans,we were the only brits, and it does have a younger clientel but there was no niose, no rowdy behaviour in the time we were there, so all in all a very ncie surprise given how cheap the place was,

We enjoyed our 5 nights at this small friendly hotel. All the staff are exemplary & go above and beyond to make everything as enjoyable as possible. There is a warm greeting at breakfast and we found it excellent value for money. Drunks & poolside lunches from the pool bar are lovely and very reasonable. Yes there is a little noise from the road by the pool but we really didn't notice it as the pool area is lovely with a relaxing vibe. The loungers by the pool are super comfy. The rooms are not huge but very nicely appointed - you have everything you need & location is excellent for the harbour. A couple of pointers would be that we didn't enjoy being next to smokers by the pool or getting a face full from those vaping next to you - there aren't so many poolside beds - so options there were limited. Would be nicer if there was a designated smoking area. Lastly not one English TV channel - whilst we don't travel to watch TV whilst away we would have like to have viewed some of the Olympics whilst away with English commentary. We found it surprising as theres a high percentage of UK at this hotel. Thank you to everyone - we will be rebooking for next year as it was so chilled & enjoyable. .
