Swissotel Clark for me is the best hotel up north. The hotel itself is incredible. Well maintained and managed. Complete with such useful amenities like the gym and their state of the art pool area. They have variety of restaurants one can enjoy good food and ambiance. One of which is the MARKT, where breakfast is served. Food here are prepared right in front of you or you can simply choose what you want from the array of choices freshly cooked and served. But the best part is , as far as I am concerned, are the people manning the front desk…the duty managers and their team. Special shout out to SHERYL, who was present to give me and my family a warm welcome. This kind gesture truly made up for the 2 hours of traffic our family endured because of the heavy downpour going to Clark.Likewise, to Ethiel, who attended our check in. The resort is near a piggery farm but the overall experience is excellence. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. When we arrived at the resort we are greeted by their front desk with a huge smile and someone assists us to our room. There is also instance that when we order food on grab and the rice is missing the staff let us buy the rice they supposed to eat on their lunch.

This was my first time making a reservation on agora or *********** and things turned out rather nicely. I made the reservation for my girlfriend and I to do something different. I went the day prior to ensure things were ok and everything was good to go. Check in the next day was to begin at 4:00pm. I arrived at 4:35 and my room wasn’t ready until about 4:50…that is the only complaint I have. Charmaine and the other young ladies at the front desk were very professional and courteous, with a great sense of humor. I stayed in Room 508 and have no complaints about the room. Check out was flawless…I would definitely book this hotel again!

They have a good service, but I was just expecting more.

This place is right in the front of walking street. Out the door and down the stairs and your on walking street. Exactly what I was looking for in my stay. They even helped me get a taxi to the airport meeting me outside the door. Great time and it was clean everyday. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks Fields palace hotel.

Hospitality, kindness, cleanliness ans service were there as expected. I can only advise you to continue this way same if it would be nice to offer some croissants and pains au chocolats at the breakfast… Be sure if I had to come back in here in the future, I’ll come back there ! And I’d recommand certainly your Hôtel.

The Hilton at Sun Valley Clark is a welcome treat for travellers staying in Clark Special Economic Zone. A bit pricey but its worth it. Rooms are spacious and clean. Amenities are top notch. Will definitely stay there again.

Thank you for making my stay at Surestay Clarview a memorable one. I enjoyed your hospitality and your delicious Kare-kare. The room was spacious, clean and well-lit. The wifi was fast and reliable, which was important for my online meetings. I appreciated the polite and helpful staff at the hotel. Shout out to Jen and Gilbert. However, there were some areas that could be improved. For example, some of the employees were too loud while on duty, which disturbed my peace and quiet. Also, the service at the restaurant was kinda slow and I had to call someone twice to get their attention. Finally, I had a hard time reaching the reception by phone when I needed some bath soap. I had to go down to the lobby and found two personnel who said they didn't receive any call. Overall, I still had a lovely stay at your hotel and I would recommend it to others. As a former hotelier, I know how hard it is to run a hotel and I appreciate your efforts. I hope you will take my feedback as constructive criticism and work on improving your service. See you soon!
