設施：老舊！體重秤沒電，保險櫃不工作，屋頂漏水痕跡明顯，無人維護的狀態。
衞生：毛巾破洞了還在使用，臟兮兮的，掃房後鏡麪全是水漬。
環境：極品了！大堂門口無車位，下雨天到達後需要停在另一棟樓的地庫，冒雨走過一大段室外道路到達大堂辦理入住。然後……然後居然還要冒雨去到另一棟樓！第二天投訴的答覆：本酒店政府投資，門前停車會被派出所警告！依法治國了好嘛，你們盤州沒有交警和城管了嗎？派出所管的有點寬了吧？
服務：服務？服務還重要嗎？再説也沒有啊……

酒店性價比很高，房間很大，尤其是浴室和廁所的空間，是我住過的酒店裡麪最大的，房間還配有陽台。美中不足的是房間空調調不了温度和模式，晚上睡覺被熱醒。
