Visited the rooftop many times. Amazing view and atmosphere around. Food quality is really good

Daily marriages were happening, loud music until midnight. Too much crowd,chaos, unorganised service, clueless staff, daily struggle just to get basics such as towels. We booked for a week with family and would not recommend anyone to book this hotel, as this is mainly used for bigger bookings like functions or matches. Design of golf view room was just pathetic and garbage disposal area was blocking the view instead. Overall pls don't choose this.

Holiday Inn Chandigarh Panchkula its near located to the mountains side if you are prepare to travel to the mountains area. We stay there for a night, the staffs was excellent friendly and helpful. The restaurant staffs excellent friendly, patience and helpful.

A 5 star with 3 star quality. The hotel room I stayed was poorly maintained. Dysfunctional Shower, stuck almirahs, torn chairs

Peaceful stay

Good location (almost next to the highway). Room wasnt clean when we checked in and had to ask the hotel staff to clean up a bit, especially the kettle and cups. Hopefully this was an outlier and not a general trend here.

Good stay but billing issues

Vertical comfortable inside. Spacious. Breakfast was great.

It is a good budget hotel and location is also good. Food was also good. We reached late so they upgraded our room and gave us a suite wid jaccuzi which was the best part.

Enjoyed the dinner.The service staffs were very friendly and well behaved.I wish Mr.Bubai Majee and Gaurav Rajput and sukanta all the best for their future.They have been very good. The chef ,Mr.Brij Mohan came to me to check wheather I liked the food.Wish him also all the best for his future!!!!

Staying at Holiday inn Panchkulla was a pleasure. specifically want call out the culture of going beyond call of duty and help guests . I was unwell when I checked in ( down with flue ) . The staff got to know this and took complete care of me . Babai , pankaj were amazing

Team holiday inn Chandigarh is absolutely the best in terms of their hospitality, their warmth, their enthusiasm and passion to serve their guests. We had the most memorable, all thanks to team holiday. They ensured we had the best 6 six days. Highly recommend this place. Overall, it is a definite no due to the poor quality of the room and service. The rooms are dirty, smelly, and outdated. This location is a disgrace to the Holiday Inn and IHG names. As a Platinum Elite member, I am providing this feedback for improvement as it tarnishes the brand's reputation. The manager or staff member I spoke with during the day was unhelpful and offered no resolution for the issues we experienced the previous night.
