Hotel KC Cross Road

No wifi in all the rooms. Had to change rooms 3 times. Reusing the linen. Staff rude. Only front desk staff try to run the show.

i had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. the room i was shown was old, poorly maintained, and had a musty, unpleasant odor. the noise insulation was terrible, and i could hear everything from the hallway and neighboring rooms. when i asked to upgrade, offering to pay extra, the front desk lost the key to the new room and couldn’t accommodate my request. the staff's attitude was apathetic, showing no urgency or interest in resolving the situation. after seeing the condition of the room, i refused to stay there altogether and decided to forgo the payment. i was also placed on the 4th floor, which appeared to have the worst rooms. i strongly advise against booking base rooms in this area of the hotel. overall, my experience was frustrating and well below expectations—i will not be returning or recommending this hotel to anyone.

Room on floor 4 was given, paint job was poor. Electric kettle provided didn’t work. The room service didn’t respond. No cleaning happened. Some construction work was happening around on the floor all night long with people moving in lobby all night and sound of drilling. The reception personnel were cold. The internet was slow and was disconnecting regularly. The mobile signals were extremely low in room.

Room was having seepage smell with no ventilation support

Not good stay. Rooms were not nice and bed was also making noice.
