Dear K Gallery , I as a customer hotel said thank you for receptionist or front officer in loby area for they hospitality but not for your "room division manager" SO RUDE !!! Really , omg , i've never been feel like that , your service is very bad & not unfreindly !! I booked villa by whastapp , at 1st time i said for 15 people and they text me back NOTHING about how many people i bought ! They just told bout rate villa & i choose 3 bedrooms . I call them n talk bout promo they said they gave me 6 breakfast and i asked facilities likes paintball . When i arrived there while they clean the villa , i asked the receptionist , i asked PERMISSION can i have lunch in there loby , and she said no problem !!! While we EATING , i dont know 'THE MANAGER' speak to my SPV and start looking "BLAME " us , the point is we must take extra bed cz they villa just for 6 PEOPLE!! I THINK ONLY JUST CZ WE EAT IN THE LOBBY !! CZ WHEN I CHECKED IN THE RECEPTIONIST THEY NOT TOLD BOUT THAT . HEY I'VE TEXTING BOUT HOW MANY PEOPLE & WHEN WE TALK BY PHONE WHY IF K GALLERY BE DIFFERENT W/ ANY VILLA HOTEL LIKE JAMBULUWUK , HARISS VILLA MALANG , VILLA AMARTA HILLS , ETC . . . WHY U NOT EXPLAINED AT THE FIRST TIME ??!! ITS NOT BOUT MONEY , ITS MORE BOUT CLEAR IN THE BEGINNING NOT IN THE END . However , we're 11 people plus 3 extra bed and we didn't play paintball , we're not enjoyed it at all . Seriously . . . I hope , your hotel service is more good , friendly and that the future is not the same thing happen.
