It was better than I thought, and the service was good because they processed my requests quickly. If you are planning a Balicasag tour, I think it would be good to do it at Solea. It departs right in front of the beach at Solea Resort.

The guard at the entrance was nice and kind. Front office and bellman staff was nice too. Food for buffet is worth it and restaurant staff was kind to us even though we ate almost 10am We booked a deluxe room but we got a room with two separate bed and we just combine the bed as we can no longer wait for the deluxe room. Overall experience is good.

I am satisfied with the facilities, location, and overall. The view is good. The only drawback is that the distance to Alona Beach is further than Saengig. I wish the shuttle was a little more frequent.
