Beyond expectations
We visited Paphos for one night to fly off the next morning. We enjoyed our stay so much that we will visit again for sure. The apartment was spacious, clean, affordable, and perfectly located for strolls along the seaside promenade of Kato Paphos. Highly recommended.

Nice place for remote work
Very nice place in a quiet neighbourhood. No issues with very late checkout, any problems were resolved very quickly. WiFi is pretty good, we both worked remotely and it was okay. Its about 30-40 minutes walk from the center, no bigger shops nearby so its especially recommended if you rent a car, there's also a bus AFAIK though we haven't tried it.

Very convenient
I booked here because I had an early flight. It was definitely worth it. They were very helpful and friendly. I had a good sleep which was what I needed. I will come back for sure

Confortable but noisy
The flat was confortable except for one point: It was located right by the swimming pool and some guests happened to be extremely noisy either early in the morning (before 8:00) or late at night (after 11pm) and this was very annoying during our stay

Fair accommodation for the price.
We used this place as a stop gap between checking out of our villa at 1000 and flights at 2300 so we had a place to stay, charge phones, fresehen up and use our last day to its fullest.
Price was the main driver for staying here and it was pretty cheap with enough around to keep the kids entertained.
Ample restaurants, shops and beach within walking distance which was really good.
Cons- no smoke alarm in the apartment and some of the windows had bars on them so no escape through those in an emergency.
Air-con comes at additional charge.
Pros- customer services very helpful and kind.
Cooking facilites, though dated served their purpose very well.
Beds very clean and comfortable.
Wifi was free and good.

A nice apartment but needs changes in my opinion
The description of apartment service states it is ilimited but my own experience for my weeks stay can only be described as non existent.
I have no problem cleaning up after myself but the lack of even a sweeping brush made this impossible.
The apartment was spotless when we arrived but fresh towels and bed linen would have made our stay so much nicer (also toilet paper and rubbish bin emptying).
My last negative was the lady that let her children run up and down stairs shouting and screaming before 8am while she was servicing rooms above, it didn't make for a pleasant start to the day.

The apartment complex located in the tourist aeria just a few steps from the beach, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. The apartment has a stunning view to the sunset wedding the lovely balcony(inc. table, chairs, umbrella). The bedroom contains a double bed with closet and view to the pool. Also the living room has a lot of space with tv and full equipment kitchen. Last and not least Mr Stavros was so friendly, polite and helpful. Recommended!!!
