Biggest positive is the location, 5 min from Garde du Nord Train Station, neighbourhood is nice too, you can walk to all of the attractions.
Super tiny room, especially the shower room is basically a capsule. If you are a big person (wide&tall), you may not if even fit there. Hotel and especially rooms are extremely worn and in bad condition, very poorly-maintained. Rooms are super noisy and streets are also noisy during the day, didn't sleep well at all.

The hotel building is quite old, but the location is good, it is only a 7-minute walk from the train station, there are many restaurants and small supermarkets nearby. The room has basic facilities, reasonable space layout, and friendly counter staff.

Attention! This hostel doesn't exist. Achtung! Das Hostel existiert nicht. Wenn man bei dieser Adresse bucht, wird man stattdessen zu Le Regent Hostel geschickt. In Le Regent ist das Personal freundlich. Das Hostel ist sauber und gut, aber im Zimmer sind die Steckdosen schlecht platziert und es ist nicht einfach, das Handy zu laden. Die Mikrowelle und der Kühlschrank darf benutzt werden, aber man darf nicht kochen.

Excellent, basic hotel in a nice neighbourhood
I had an excellent stay in this hotel. The location is very good and in a area with a lot of nice cafés, shops and bars close by.
The room was very clean and and nicely decorated. Very comfortable bed and a television as well.
There was free coffee every morning which was very nice.
I would definitely recommend staying in this hotel if you are looking for a nice, affordable hotel in a good neighbourhood.

Small room, good location
Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds. To get to the elevator you have to take the stairs, and the elevator only goes half a floor above or below the room floors. The walls were paper thin, so you hear everything going on in other rooms, in the hall and out on the street. 5 to 10 minutes walk to several subway stations. Walking distance to mont marte.
