Longe de ser um 4 estrelas com a chancela de um Relais& Chateaux. O que salva somente é o tamanho do quarto e banheiro. Não existe staff no hotel. A recepção, que conta com 1 pessoa “faz tudo” vive vazia. No cafe da manhã, você reza para alguém aparecer e ter a oportunidade de pedir um cafe para degustar com um bolo industrializado e seco, já exposto ha dias naquela mesa.. Pedi para trocar o travesseiro pois não me adaptei ao oferecido e o hotel não dispõe de outra opção. Enfim, caro e pretensioso para o que oferece

The manager when out of his way to help my daughter and I in every way. He made us feel so at home we want to move to Paris. I travel over 200 days a year and have experienced so many different hotels. We loved our experience.

This was the best of the best, a hidden gem. This is truly a boutique hotel. The service was impeccable as well as the rooms. I will definitely stay here on my return visit.

No me parece que sea un hotel 5 estrellas pues es demasiado pequeño, poco personal y no cuenta con servicios básicos como room service.
No tiene restaurante, únicamente hay una sala donde se sirve un desayuno continental. La zona es muy buena, tranquila, céntrica y con restaurantes/ tiendas y puntos de interes. El cuarto es amplio, lo único a tomar en cuenta es que si se viaja en familia, el sofá cama es sumamente incómodo.
El personal es muy amable, pero solo es 1-2 personas a cargo y no considero que estén capacitados para conserjería. Recomiendo no depender del hotel para hacer planes.

Un hotel bonito pero con muy mal servicio. Sin duda no volveremos. No quiero entrar en detalles pero si me lee el dueño debería hacer una revisión del personal y de los servicios que ofrece. Paris tiene infinitas opciones mejores por el mismo precio.
