Hôtel Mercure Paris la Sorbonne Saint-Germain-Des-Prés Reviews

The services are very good especially the beautiful receptionists very kind and helpful. However, air-conditioning was very bad, we must open windows to sleep. I saw other rooms are similar.

The hotel is located in a very nice place. Very close to the Pantheon and a short walk to the Notre Dam. Cool and young neighborhood. lots of restaurants and cafe's Public transport is very close. The hotel is very clean with beautiful design. Very helpful and nice staff.

Very good, the front desk is very gentle and polite, and responds to every small request very attentively. The children also have a good stay. The surrounding environment is also good. Parfait! Très gentille! Pres de La Sorbonne, les enfants sont très contentes.

It felt like a student town and the surrounding area was safe. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I felt safe.

An old French chain with warm and reliable service. The room arrangement was specially designed to take into account the situation of us bringing a baby. The location is very good, next to the Sorbonne University, and it is very convenient for eating and shopping. The academic atmosphere is very strong, and there are many bookstores. The Pantheon and Notre Dame de Paris are within walking distance. The location is quiet in the bustling city, and there are few tourists. It is a very good experience. A small episode is that the baby left a picture book after breakfast. I thought that most hotels might treat it as garbage. But when I returned to the room, I found that the picture book had been sent back. Thank you very much.

The room was nice but the one near the elevator was a bit noisy in the morning

Everything could have been perfect, except that we had to ask for bathrobes and slippers. I don't know why they are not automatically presented in the room: too bad for a 4-star...

Good service, good location

Well placed opposite La Sorbonne, a stone's throw from the Saint Germain shops and the Luxembourg Gardens. Clean renovated room. Sign of the Hotel not very visible from the beginning of the street. Surprisingly!! Nobody at the reception when we arrived although having waited 15 minutes in the hall and trying to reach them by phone.
