Hotel is in a good location. Very close to the subway station. Staff are friendly. Checkin a little too long and room is a little smelly.

Location is alright, it’s abt 5mins walk to metro station. Takes about 20mins metro to Louvre. Receptionist is really nice she explained everything really well. We booked for two nights, but the air conditioner was broken and we only only borrow fans from there. They promised to get someone fix it for us the other day, but it remained unfixed the other day as they responded they do not have the piece to fix it. They offered free breakfast the other day to compensate. The room we moved in was narrow for three person, narrow walking space, could be inconvenient to fully open up a big suitcase

The room is small but has everything you need. Well located, a large shopping center nearby...there are several metro lines nearby, it's convenient. Breakfast is not bad!

There are 2 iBis hotel in the area so I was abit confused at first. The hotel was in a good location with eateries, pharmacie, supermarket nearby and close to 2 metro station(Tolbiac and Place d'Italie). Quick check in and check out. The carpet was a bit dusty on the first day when we check in, we know because my girl friend has a sensitive nose. Other than that the room is small (ofc because it's Paris), but clean. We had good sleeps there. The receptionists were all friendly and helpful.

Good budget hotel with clean rooms and bathroom. The staff is very friendly, speaks good English and also has a luggage storage facility. We arrived at 11am at the hotel and were given our room by 12:30pm even though check in time was 2pm. We were also allowed to check out 30mins after the stated check out time and could store our bags as our flight was in the evening. The corridors of the hotel are narrow and the location is a bit far from the Paris central spots but manageable

I stayed 4 days with my two children in a triple room. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. Unfortunately there was a bad smell in the bathroom. I didn't use breakfast because I thought it was too expensive (€13 per person per day). The hotel is located a 5 minute walk from the metro and the area seemed quiet to me.

Good hotel, very quiet, very clean, good, very generous breakfast. The room is small, but well appointed with sockets for charging cell phones. Small bathroom with shower, very functional. The staff is courteous.

The +: the excellent welcome at a late hour, the kindness of the breakfast staff, the breakfast which was very good and with a choice, the metro 300m away, the comfortable bedding, the silence the -: the quality of the pillow (too soft for me, it's a matter of taste)

From the side, you will be comfortable; cramped from the front :) At Ibis everything is precise! Having said that, the renovated rooms are pleasant and well equipped (although not exactly 3* standard). The insulation is good, which is appreciated. For a short stay it can be a good choice, with good restaurants nearby (on the Butte). Access to the city center is quick via the nearby line 7. The breakfast is honorable, although the products are of variable quality. A good point: real tea. Otherwise, as is often the case, noisy air conditioning and little space for luggage. No terrace or outdoor relaxation area.

Ashamed ! Hotel Ibis Tolbiac Paris… We are refused access to a prepaid room at midnight and confirmed at 2 p.m. by a hostess on the grounds that it was prepaid and that we had to make an advance??? Neither understand anything?? The gentleman at reception MICKAEL refuses us access and invites us to take a room elsewhere while confirming that the latter will be charged!!! Impossible to discuss, he doesn't want to hear anything! Shameful ibis!!! And in front of the entrance an angry customer who showed us her blood-stained pillows and who came to ask to change them... review your level of service Ibis
