They allocated room at 6F which was almost at the rooftop. The slope of rooftop hit our heads and we can see blood stain on the slope left by previous guest. The two slopes occupied most of spacing. Staffs are not helpful and even asked for late check out for a few minutes was refused. Asked them to arrange a taxi to Eurostar at the morning but forgot. Seemed the staff are not attentive and not repect the guest. Table is small and small.

Wonderful service from the get go, lads at the reception were attentive and kind enough to help with amenities, gave us another room when we let them know we weren't happy with the view and size of the room even though it is currently peak season.All of the rooms are small but have a desk, closet, bed, bed side table and a bathroom.
