Excellent location in the heart of Paris. Busy during the week of May 1st. Everything nearby. Apartment on a very quiet courtyard. Small but cleverly designed. Attentive and very professional staff.

Good apartment close to shops and Opera. Typical of Paris, the building is tidy. The fluffy and cozy bedding is excellent. everything that makes noise in the Paris center and surrounding the flat. We may always get assistance from customer support at any time.

The apartment is in a decent location although it is about 45 mins walk to the major attractions. However, the apartment was advertised as being suitable for 4 and it most certainly was not. There are 2 rooms, one without a window, leading to a single bathroom / shower, and a tiny kitchen. There is no room to cook or even eat a takeaway. Also, the only air con is 2 small plug in fans, which only cool you if you are directly next to them. The pictures do not appear to be of the apartment that we stayed in.

We were in apartment 31, which is just a name because in fact it is a studio of barely 10 m2, very cramped for 2 people. The kitchen area is tiny and the dining area is unusable for 2 (very small table and only one chair). But what bothered us the most was a sewer smell in the bathroom that was extremely overwhelming. As for breakfast, what a disappointment: a box with 2 fruit juices, one of which had an expiration date exceeded by 3 months, and 3 very dry mignardises. Its only positive point is its location very close to the Chauchat-Drouot interparking, Boulevard Haussmann and the Folies Bergères.

Apartment that is not an apartment. It is just a small room, with a corner that they call a kitchen but which is nothing more than a low and high piece of furniture at the foot of the bed! There is no wardrobe to put clothes. Only decorative shelves fixed to the wall. We do not even have room to open our suitcases on the floor. It is scandalous. I am still waiting for a manager to call me back. This room must not even be 10 m2.

the rooms was much smaller than pictures--also kitchen was so tiny not usable really except to warm things in microwave. There was a smell from the shower drain that meant we had to open doors to air out the room when we would return. The location was great and since there was only two of us it was fine, but honestly I have no idea how 4 people could stay there. You had to walk basically over the bed to get to the bathroom door. This is not a hotel--but the place was very clean and the bed very comfortable

Very good apartment. Great location , very clean , warm and comfy beds . It was Great . The Check in was very practical and the host was very good . Definitely recommend. We had a very enjoyable time.

The apartments are very nice and cozy; very comfortable and ideal for families. The location is unbeatable, central and close to the metro. Communication with ws apartment’s is excellent. 100% recommendable accommodation.
