The people there were very friendly. They had painted the area as if it were the worst (that there were bad people) but it was quite the opposite. Obviously there are bad people everywhere and someone has to be there, but we didn't have any problems. Something that bothered me was the coffee maker that wasn't working and the very small bathroom, but otherwise it was an incredible experience. I would repeat.

The staff lacked friendliness. They were so adamant to get the 1.70€ from a customer even though their coffee machine was out of order and the only working coffee machine was in the dining hall. Customers were not allowed to sit in the dining hall unless they were paying for a breakfast. Yet I didn't have a shower on my arrival .No hot water. Most showers were broken . Toilets were filthy floors with urine and on 3 occasions the was a man on his phone in the bathroom, just standing in there making it very uncomfortable to use the utility. Needless to say I moved to another hotel. Worsed place I have stayed in

The service is not good, the cleaning is very poor, I was charged more taxes upon arrival, the hotel is very far from the center and the area seems very unsafe, full of street vendors, the service leaves a lot to be desired, not at all cordial or empathetic.

And they gave me a small room without a shower or bathroom and without breakfast and I was supposed to pay for a room for disabled people with breakfast, bad, really bad, and when I got here I told them and instead of doing what I told them, they charged me half a room more for adding a bathroom and the tiny room looks like a hole.
