The lobby stinks. The room also stinks. I had to turn off the air conditioner and open the balcony door to ventilate.

I wanted the room at higher floor and have a special requested it as i want to have a nice balcony view. As when I check-in , i was informed that that’s the only available room and i was put in the corner which I dun have a nice view with balcony.
And the room is a little too small as we don’t have space to open the big luggage. Other than that staff are kind.

The balcony of the room is an excellent seat and has a pleasant view. The hotel's service attitude is excellent.
