This hotel was beautifully decorated. It was located in good proximity to the Arc de Triomphe. We walked there daily in 20 minutes and even walked to the Eiffel Tower (55 min). The hotel was small, as were the rooms but this was to be expected. It was beautifully decorated. We were given a room on the 5th (top) floor. The elevator was So tiny!! it fit one person and one suitcase. Knowing we were travelling heavy with large suitcases, this hotel was specifically chosen for its location, look and accessibility with elevator. Now the issues that arose: The elevator stopped working on the 3rd day of our trip. it worked again by the end of the day and by the next morning, it was broken again. This means we had to CARRY OUR SUITCASES DOWN TO THE LOBBY on our way to check out. every morning around 8-9am hotel staff, I assume cleaning staff, would open our bedroom door. We would be sleeping as we are late night owls. This happened EVERY SINGLE DAY of the trip, DESPITE the DO NOT DISTURB sign being on the door every night. The front staff was good, 5 PLUS stars to the older gentleman at the front desk who is all smiles and so conversational and sweet. All in all, a good stay at a good hotel.
