Staff were friendly and helpful. Wasn't good having no tea facilities. I had to keep walking down stairs or getting lift for hot water located in kitchen. Location was OK, not as near to places as reviews said but was near a metro and bus stops. So loud outside with the bars and wasn't offered any earplugs so was hard to sleep although beds comfy

The worst of the worst. We booked two nights and only stayed one night because we were late. When we arrived, the owner said he thought we were not staying and had no room left. Then he made up an excuse that only two people could stay. I was obviously with a child, but the owner said he would pay 74 euros to find another hotel for me. The hotel they found was just a small hotel, it was so bad, fellow countrymen, please be careful…
