Really lovely hotel. Such a nice area away from all the touristy hustle and bustle, and people pestering you to buy things! Easy walk to a metro station at either end of the road. Bars, restaurants and bakeries around the area. Room was clean, decor was lovely and traditional, just great in general. Would definitely return.

Hôtel Très bien tenu, Chambre très propre. Très bonne localisation pour les visites dans Paris. Excellent petit déjeuner. Nous recommandons. Merci beaucoup au gérant et au personnel pour leur gentillesse et leur réponse à notre attente. ( rose et pétales dans la chambre pour mon épouse - anniversaire de mariage ).

Welcoming staff very rude and disrespectful. No respond to my greetings for a start then we made me wait for him to finish his paperwork before taking care of my reservation. After a few minutes of waiting I asked him he didn’t think that doing his internal job later wasn’t more appropriate than making a client wait and he said “No why? I don’t see why and don’t conceive that either” I was appalled to say the least…then good night with the street noise and the neighbor peeing, yawning, coughing, snoring… you name it….sparing you other details ….other guests coming in and out the stairs cracking etc etc HORRIBLE

The location of this hotel is so great. Walk to 2 different metro stops in minutes. Great restaurants and a convenience store are also minutes away.
The room itself is tiny. Barely room for 2 suitcases and the bed. But, the bed was comfortable, staff very friendly and it had everything you needed (towels, soap, hairdryer, etc.)
Would recommend for a couple or single traveler!

Cet hôtel existe depuis bien longtemps. Déjà en 1937 Simone de Beauvoir y séjournait. La rue Delambre, épicentre de l'époque art déco des années 1930, n'a rien perdu de son authenticité. L'hôtel a bien été restauré me donnant des difficultés rencontrées pour garder le style art déco. Rien à dire sur le confort. Quelques bruits et grincements dus à l'ancienneté de la bâtisse. SDB petite mais bien faite. Climatisation peu bruyante. PDJ à la hauteur. Personnel sympathique. Nous reviendrons

Had a classic Paris Hotel room, rather small-ish, a bit old but clean and a beautiful french balcony to a fairly quiet street. Nice restaurants and cafes close by, several Metro stations very close - good neighborhood! Was staying in room 222 (I think, corner of the second floor). Have to say that there was zero WIFI reception - consistently over 4 days. Sometimes neither phone nor macbook was able to even connect, sometimes I was connected with almost no bandwidth. The people at reception were sometimes grumpy or led long angry phone calls in front of the hotel, but I guess it's all part of the Paris experience - and over all Paris has become much, much friendlier towards non-french-speaking people :)

Okay its a very nice hotel for the money.if you like slick and polished then the hotel next door might be for you? Rooms are small perfect for 2, They do have suites" If you want more room to spread out but are limited, book them early.
They do serve a breakfast, but better to go out and use the many cafes.Subway is 2 mins away on foot" It needs an interior designer to do a few touches, but its comfortable and everone was pleasant. Your room key has to be inserted in the box next to your door, inside your room to electricfy the room, dont forget that!
We have used this hotel for 4 years now, and will going foward.
Great iconic restaurant down the street "La Ronde" Philippe and Sierge will guide through your dinner! ($$$)
