When booking the room, the area of the room was only 9 square meters. I thought it should be small, but after moving in, I found that the room area was quite large, exceeding expectations. The bathroom was beautiful, the pure white decoration was simple and clear, and the bathroom and toilet were in the bathroom. The room is a separate door, so bathing and going to the bathroom can be carried out at the same time. It is especially praised that the bathroom has a small heater, which can heat the whole bathroom, and it is convenient to blow dry-cleaned clothes and socks. Disadvantages: First, the safe is broken, so passports and wallets cannot be stored. Second, there is no place to boil water at all, no tea, no tea or coffee, mini-bar or anything, not even a small coffee machine, let alone a water boiler for boiling water. I ran to the front desk and asked the waiter that there was no water to drink. He pointed to the tap and said that there was water and dizzy. Fortunately, he asked me to use the water boiler in the kitchen. After boiling the water, I made tea. . As for the location, everyone else has said that it is a 10-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, in a quiet alley, and the location is not bad.

The room is clean and ok, the bathroom as well. The breakfast is perfect and the stuff is very willing to help. The location is closely to the Metro station, so all in all everything fine and for sure a good recommendation to stay!

I have quite honestly never stayed in a more friendly hotel the staff were, without exception, amazing. They couldn’t do enough to help and every one we encountered was lovely and incredibly helpful. The hotel is well located away from the madding crowd but within a few steps of bars, restaurants and the hustle and bustle of central Paris. I needed a room with three single beds which many hotels don’t offer but this one does. The room was large (originally 2 rooms maybe) - with windows to the front and back of the property and a large bathroom. The room and bathroom were immaculate and nicely furnished, the bathroom was like new. The beds are really comfortable, we all commented on them, and we all slept well. All rooms are accessible by the spiral staircase but there is also a small lift. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would go back. The Wi-Fi was great, and tv channels plentiful. We didn’t make use of the in-house breakfast preferring to make the best use of the beautiful weather and eating outside.

Around 10 mins walk to the subway, there is little restaurant/supermarket around. The room was big enough and with a table that’s good for sit & work. Staff are nice and helpful 7/24.

Decided to book a last minute trip to Paris & my partner had booked this hotel as part of a package. Upon searching the hotel, I was very skeptical how this hotel would be and had very low standards of arriving due to all the reviews I’d read. The room & hotel were clean and tidy, staff are lovely and nothing was a hassle for them, breakfast was brought out quickly and re-filled if finished! Only downfall being how tiny the bathroom is, quite a struggle getting round about everything in the bathroom as it’s all packed in so tightly & the mattress was a bit uncomfortable, but that bit wasn’t too much of a bother to me as the pillows made up for it! Two stars knocked off primarily for the size of bathroom and mattress but can’t grumble too much due to the price paid! Still very happy and satisfied with our stay.

Nice, clean, budget friendly. The en-suite bathroom is big and clean There is always hot water. And they cleaned every day, which is unusual post-COVID. For 8€ you can get a simple but high quality breakfast including croissant, bread, yogurt, orange juice, and coffee or tea or hot chocolate. But in mid-July you have two options: you can sleep with the windows open and hear the noise from the street, including the garbage trucks at 5am as they empty the recycle bins full of empty glass bottles (BANG! BANG! BANG!) also, if anyone is smoking a cigarette on the sidewalk below, the smoke will come in your room. Or you can close the windows and suffocate.

The hotel is located in an area that from what I could tell was undergoing transformation from what was probably a light commercial and office area being replaced by new apartment buildings which the hotel was part of and while the area was nice it wasn’t really convenient to anything. On the morning I needed a taxi the hotel tried booking me one but none were available in the area and I walked about two kilometres before I was able to hail one down. This is an apartment hotel and doesn’t provide all the traditional services you would get at a hotel but this one comes pretty close. A small lobby with some seating and vending machines and another area with some lounges and a game table. My room 311 had a handy entry area with a small shelf ideal for your keys and other small items and some coat hooks. The bathroom is off to one side and had a large open shower with just a shower curtain in my room which I think was because it was a disabled room. The shower was a good size but the floor of the shower which was a prefabricated tray didn’t feel as it was properly attached to the floor and had a fair bit of movement. The main room was a good size for Paris and had everything I needed for my short three night stay including a comfortable bed, desk with convenient power outlets and a kitchen which was well stocked with the items you would need on a daily basis for a short stay but more specialized appliances were available to borrow at the front desk like food processor, croc pot and crepe maker I think it was which was a good idea. Overall the room had a nice modern contemporary feeling and more than enough space. Being an apartment hotel concept the rooms are only serviced every seven days which is something to be aware of. I chose this hotel as it was closer to the place I needed to collect my leased car from and given that the French Open was on at the time my options were limited and the hotel had parking but as it turned out I didn’t need it as there was plenty of free street parking right outside the hotel on the two nights I needed it. I really like the Adagio chain of apartments in Europe and this was another great one.

I was just there and tried to make a booking for tomorrow night. I’m staying nearby and have to extend, but my hotel is booked. When I first walked in, the young woman at the desk barely acknowledged me. She glanced up and barely said “yes? Then looked back down. Meanwhile both she and the older man working with her were super warm and friendly to the older white man who was in line right in front of me. I waited after he left and again, the woman went “yeah.” I waited. She finally stopped what she was doing, and mumbled “good evening,” I politely greeted her back, then asked about pricing. Long story short both employees were just rude and dismissive the whole interaction. The old guy told me to book online when I was standing right there. I said I’d like to just book there and he told me “well you’ll need an ID and bank card,” but he said it like he was saying I’d need a million dollars. It was weird. I almost went next door to get my stuff, but I changed my mind. Not sure if it was racism or what, but I’ve never seen hotel staff behave that way when a person is trying to give them business. They didn’t seem like they wanted me to stay there. I need a room for tomorrow night, but I will find another place to stay. Even if I have to pay much more, I’m not going back there. Employees like those ones make hotels lose money. They’re a liability. How can someone be working the night shift at a budget hotel in Bagnolet and snubbing potential guests? The audacity… Just be nice. It’s not that hard. On top of all that, the hotel is not in a good area at all. I’ve attached photos.

Stayed here to be close to Disneyland, only 12 minute walk to the park!!! It’s the closest non-Disney hotel to the park, and very glad we chose it. The room itself was good, a little apartment with all the amenities you would need, nothing fancy but good! Bed was comfy, shower was nice. Staff friendly, easy to check in. (first time using trip.com for anything and was worried our booking was going to be non-existent as the price was so cheap compared to other websites, but it was all fine!) It’s also close to the main shopping centre in val d’europe (about a 14 minute walk). the train station in val d’europe is a little further walk, we found that walking to Marne la ville chessy train station at Disneyland was actually closer and faster to get too! All in all, would highly recommend here if you want to be very close to Disneyland, dont bother using shuttles and things, just walk!
