Best Western Plus Hotel Farnese Reviews

Great location just off the A1. Staff were so friendly and made such an effort with us. The free bikes were a blessing to cycle into Parma in the rain, the receptionist advised to park at Piazza Garibaldi. The room was clean and spacious with all the facilities needed. The pool was clean with adequate chairs and an area for food:drinks. Too far too walk to the centre but easy enough to drive or cycle.

This is where I slept for one night before going to Milan. This is by far the worst hotel service ever. Still, cleanliness and facilities are not bad. However, given the attitude of the reception staff, I will never visit this hotel again.

環境不錯，前台非常認真的處理問題，英語也不太好，經過溝通之後還是完全把問題給處理完成，這是一次非常棒的商務旅行。

L'hôtel est moderne 5minutes en voiture du centre ville Acceuil : il y a 2 personnes : une personne qui n'est ni aimable ni accueillante et l'autre personne très agréable je pense que c'est le responsable Pourtant nous y sommes retournés 3 fois par nécessité et aucun accueil personnalisé Piscine agréable mais très peu de place et interdiction d'y aller le matinsu vous avez réservé une nuit Pdj très sympa
