The room was spacious, great location and more than adequate breakfast for a B&B. Host was very responsive. Will not hesitate to recommend to others if anyone is planning a trip to Parma.

An ancient renovated factory that maintains an industrial but modern charm. The owner is very kind and very welcoming. The antique furniture gives a truly unique touch.

Stayed with my husband and 2 teenage boys. Room was large, comfy, private, nicely decorated, quiet and well- equipped.
Private & secure parking on the courtyard adjacent to the room.
Breakfast was SUPERB - quality fresh ingredients and great price.
Owner was friendly & polite.
A quick walk into town where there are fab bars and restaurants.
1 min walk to the train station - we travelled to the Ferrari museums in Modena which took approx 30 mins with a 5 min walk from Modena at the other end ( train was clean, comfy & tickets very cheap).

Heel net appartement. Eigenaresse was heel meedenkend met ons en erg vriendelijk. Vanaf apparement loop je in 15 minuutjes naar het historische centrum van Parma. Heel fijn om op een afgesloten maar niet overdekte parking te mogen staan als je net als wij een auto met dakkoffer hebt.

The mother/daughter who operate this Bed & Apartment were the nicest owners we encountered on our month-long journey. They had an aura of being kind and caring of their visitors. The place is spotless, unique, inexpensive and could not be closer to those traveling to Parma by train.

Nous avons adoré la décoration du lieu, mais aussi l'aménagement et la propreté. Le petit-déjeuner est exceptionnel : impossible de ne pas trouver son bonheur. Le parking gratuit (la grille est fermée la nuit) et la situation à 10 minutes à pied du centre est vraiment géniale. Aucun problème d'insécurité, pour revenir au logement durant la soirée. A conseiller !

Wij waren gevlucht van een horror vakantiehuis. Rond 09:00 ‘s ochtends kwamen wij in Parma aan en deze lieve mensen hadden ons warm opgevangen met koffie en gebak. De kamer was in een half uur klaar. Deze service was uitstekend! Zo dankbaar❤️
