The service was excellent. We called ahead of time to ensure that our room was heated, and they had a heater set up. Room was very comfortable for a group of 3 traveling from America. Food was excellent, and staff was very friendly. Shower had very warm water, and the views from the hotel were incredible.

This was by far the best place that we stayed in Paro. The rooms are spacious and clean and the view that I got from my room of the mountain and valley was spectacular. Our stay here was made extra special by our server, Phub gyeltshen, who made us feel like we stayed in a 5 star hotel. He kindly took care of us and paid extra attention to detail when we had our meals. We enjoyed his conversations and learned a lot about the Bhutanese culture. Kudos to the chef who was an excellent cook! We really enjoyed the Malaysian curry chicken which was phenomenal! Breakfast choices were great and we had so many different selections including omelet, chicken sausage, pancakes and mixed vegetables. Again this places served the best food. Will def return back due to the amazing service and clean rooms. My heater was not working that day so the staff gave me a space heater which worked fine. Beds were very comfortable and pillows were soft.

It’s a very nice hotel in Paro. My room was confortable, large and with a nice view. The Wi-Fi works well. The dinner and breakfast offers good options of local dishes. The team is amazing! Everybody is friendly, attentive and always smiling. I’d like to do a special mention to Santosh, from the Bar. He’s a great guy, very communicative and dedicated profissional.

I had a wonderful stay - the staff were wonderful, very helpful and kind, the facilities were beautiful, the rooms were large, comfortable, quiet, nice beds, beautiful views, the restaurant was very good, a very nice bar and lovely bartender, good WiFi and all modern amenities. Although I stayed for a total of four days, I didn’t have to experience their spa, but my friends said it was very good as well. Staff spoke English very well and were able to organize trips, guides, and solve every traveler issue, good airport shuttle service, laundry & luggage storage service. I own a hotel and give this one an A+ rating.

Constant sewer smell in room. Had no water in toilet, sink or shower for 24 hours. Walls are very thin. Pictures on website make place look nicer than it is. Good at restaurant is poor. Poor location from downtown Paro. No outside restaurants around hotel.

Jamyang made our stay very nice! She works in the restaurant but went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant trip. Room is very posh with plenty of hot water. Lobby is amazing! There was a traditional dance show when we checked in on Halloween. Loved it!

The hotel and and spa are exquisite! Srijana was the best massage therapist ever. I felt i had an out of body experience during my massage! The staff of the hotel are very friendly and happy to help with everything. The rooms are extremely comfortable and clean. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel. 😍

Here w friends and a guide. Very close to downtown Paro and all of the cultural sites. So beautiful. The staff is attentive and friendly. Really welcoming. View are beautiful. Excited for our hike tomorrow and visit to Tigers Nest. Glad it was recommended.

Jamyang and the staff here at the restaurant are so incredibly kind and service-oriented. Unbelievable hospitality! Beautiful views of the Bhutan mountains and such a great time with couple friends. My heart is captured by this place. Amazing.
