Great location, short walk to Mall of Asia and restaurants including a cafe/bakery in the building. Short drive to airport also so was great for one night whilst we waited for a connecting flight, we could have stayed a bit longer to check everything out! Buffet breakfast was delicious and staff were incredibly kind.

Good location, walking distance to MOA. This is the reason I booked this hotel. Upon check in, I was told to wait till 2:00pm because the room is still not available, which I understood, but past 2:00 pm already and yet I am still waiting, not until I approach the front desk, that is when they give me the key to my room.
Going to my room is another hassle, it’s like entering a maze.
The room is big and clean. Bed is soft and comfortable. The breakfast food choices are excellent.

Stayed at Golden Phoenix Hotel Manila and was disappointed. Rooms were poorly maintained—faulty drains, missing towel racks, and worn-out furniture. Hallways smelled musty, and carpets were dirty. Parking was filled with dusty cars, as if abandoned. Security was questionable, and Wi-Fi was unreliable.
Breakfast was supposed to start at 6 AM, but when we ate at 6:30, the food already tasted old, like it had been sitting out for hours. Even the coffee was stale. Room service food was decent, but the water they served had floating residue. Staff were hit-or-miss with responsiveness. Convenient location, but not worth the stay.

The hotel staff threw away my retainer. I went to the front desk to ask, but three or four staff members were passing the buck. They knew you were a foreigner and knew you had no solution. They wouldn't help you even if they wanted to. The hotel staff had no sense of boundaries. They came to clean the room and touched our clothes. We didn't agree to them touching anything. What if they stole our valuables when we were away?

It's Value For Money. The hotel is within walking distance from SM Asia Mall. Very convenient. Also the hotel is just few kilometres away from airport. It is convenient to those who has a domestic flight to catch.
