Limited parking space at the hotel. You need to pay for the parking fee even if you are staying at the hotel. We even lost our parking ticket since their process is you need to surrender it to the attendant if you’re leaving the premise (even if you pay it in the beginning) and they’ll hand it back to you after parking back and not during the entry.

Service was good Excellent food But,from my Rm.439 you can hear the noise from the outside

Place is clean, sheets are newly changed. Friendly & accommodating front desk receptionists.

Good accommodation option if you have events or activities in the World Trade Center or PICC. Clean and comfortable room.

first of all regarding water. The water from the bathroom smells really bad. the floor is also a bit sticky, you can feel it when you step on it. In the ad it says there is a window but unfortunately it is not only closed and locked but has been plastered with stickers so that you can't see anything outside. It feels like buying a room with no windows. The noise pollution from the hacking work is also very bad at a very inappropriate time as early as 7.30 in the morning. Lastly, regarding the unpleasant smell in the room.

It was fine for a loft hotel.. Clean yet there were some cacroaches crawling from the edges of the wall.. I hope they do maintenance control for pesticides. But All-in-all everything is fine

Our stay was awesome, even though there are disturbing noises in daylight as the hotel is still under renovation.

The hotel is in an accessible place. Transpo is easy to find if you want to go around the place. A lot restaurants near the place. The only sad part is that the elevator is not functioning during our stay.

Can't sleep in a whole night due to the sounds of vehicles outside if you are looking for a quiet place this hotel is not for you

Room was not as advertised, it was really small specially the restroom. Different from the pictures so set expectations. Check in and front desk attendees are really attentive. Location-wise, it is near everything however we had a hard time trying to sleep because of the horns of vehicles outside. It was REALLY noisy. We had to request ice because there is no mini fridge as advertised and it cost us ₱30 for a small bucket, which was off because ice should be free. 2 elevators but the other one is always on maintenance. Really strict rules for a low quality hotel.

It was my second stay here. It was clean and accessible. Will surely be back

We attended an event at World Trade Center, and the location of the hotel is just near the venue. There is also a 7Eleven just few steps away. The room was too small, compared to the photos, especially the toilet and bath, there was a heater but no hot water, perhaps the heater was broken. Cleanliness was quite a problem, the toilet rag outside the bathroom looked very dirty, the pillows had a bad smell, and the walls were damp (with water condensation). However, their customer service is very responsive to our requests (i.e. change room because our original room had an exposed sewage pipe at the ceiling and whenever the upper floor flushed the toilet you can hear the swishing sound of the pipes, made us anxious the pipe might leak!). For it's price, we could have gotten a cleaner and better Airbnb unit. So I guess we're not coming back. Note: photos were grabbed from google, actual sight of the room was kinda dim and gloomy
