Hotel Villa Luppis is an enchanting and remarkable place nestled between Venice and the sea, with the Dolomites offering hiking and stunning views. This old monastery was transformed into a private mansion 300 years ago and later into a perfect gem of a hotel. I stumbled upon it by chance with limited expectations, but it was love at first sight, a feeling that deepened during my three-night stay. I can't pinpoint exactly what made it so special. The rooms are good, though not extraordinary, so it must have been something else. Perhaps it was the way the candles are lit in the trees in the evening, the friendliness of the staff, the ideal location—close to everything yet still in the countryside—the beautiful, park-like garden, or a combination of all these elements. Whatever it was, I am determined to return, this time for a leisurely stay with my wife.

Stavo pensando di organizzare il mio diciottesimo compleanno qui. Purtroppo però il servizio nei confronti del cliente mi ha fatto cambiare idea. Nonostante abbia contattato diverse volte per organizzare non ho mai avuto risposta sebbene fossi venuta già di persona a vederlo. Dal mio punto di vista non ha un buon servizio al cliente.

Sempre una garanzia. Questa volta siamo andati a pranzo per il giorno di Pasqua con una coppia di amici. Tutto perfetto, la padrona di casa è come sempre gentilissima e ci ha fatto molto piacere che si sia ricorata di noi, davvero ci ha fatto sentire speciali. Lo staff non è da meno (particolarmente apprezzato Fabio il cameriere che ci ha serviti). Il cibo non ve lo sto ad elencare, trovate tutto sul sito (sotto il menù pasquale), tutto buonissimo e curato dall'antipasto con aperitivo sino al dolce con caffè e ammazza caffè (tutte le bibite incluse nel prezzo). Che dire, consigliatissimo, noi e i nostri amici ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Ho soggiornato recentemente In questo hotel 2 notti a Febbraio 2024. Per Motivo di lavoro viaggio molto spesso avendo occasione di conoscere molti hotel e ristoranti. Raramente ho trovato una cortesia e disponibilita' verso IL cliente Cosi.
