The strong point is certainly the magnificent location overlooking the lake and the price, but despite the friendliness of the owner there were unforgivable shortcomings. There are normal radiators in the rooms which are turned off at night and in the morning the room and bathroom are freezing as there is no air conditioning. In the bathroom there is no recirculation and suction of air, so it suffocates. At the request for face towels we twice received the white shower mat which according to the owner should be used for the face. There are no toiletries, even small ones, in the bathroom but two old and used soap dishes. The double bed was very badly made, I had to make it again three times in the night with three old and heavy tyres, absurd. The cold breakfast room in the morning without heating presents a poor and not very clean buffet, I repeat it is December 8th with 5 degrees outside and therefore cold. Rooms not soundproofed, you can hear people snoring at night. Worse than that, I don't know if you know what I mean

Penoso. Pessimo su tutti i fronti. È freddo e non accendono i riscaldamenti. DA EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE. Avevamo il pacchetto Smart box ma la peggior nostra esperienza della vita. Mai più Zero su zero. Ci siamo lamentati e non hanno fatto niente per risolvere perché non vogliono accendere i riscaldamenti

Well regardless of either reviews we enjoyed this hotel. 1st it was very well priced. Secondly the room though basic was very very comfortable and spotless. And the view from the balcony of the room is priceless. It was off season so the restaurant was tired and dated feeling. ( Hard to complain about a breakfast that costs €2.50) A large beer was €3 and I drank two of those on the lovely terrace. Def need to drive here but would have no issues going back for the views alone. Staff also very nice.

Hotel per una notte, trascurato e mal gestito. Doccia piccola,pareti con muffa e muri sporchi d infiltrazioni d acqua. Non lo consiglierei, segnaleremo la cosa a groupon perché il voucher non vale i soldi spesi. Direi niente di positivo..

Terrible experience, I do not recommend anyone who wants to book. Animals everywhere. As soon as we arrived we were assigned a room with geckos inside.. Then they changed our room with a giant cricket outside the window, we could not even open the window for fear that the animals would come in. Not to mention the cleanliness of the room. Do not book, because I think that something like this in 2024 is not normal. These places must be closed.

I booked with a coupon but I already had alternatives because I had read the terrible reviews. We had a lake view room, a spectacle. Too bad about the noise from the highway right under the hotel. Small but basic and clean room. Bathroom was clean and without mold, very small shower. No air conditioning, just a ceiling fan. We were lucky that in the evening it was always a bit windy and we could sleep. But the traffic noise is annoying, I recommend earplugs. As for breakfast, what can I say, we only used 2 out of 6, we preferred a bar/pastry shop not far away. We had half board, I recommend eating elsewhere, in Umbria you eat very well everywhere except there. It takes a lot of effort to cook so badly. The owner Luana was kind and helpful with us, but we were also polite. If you need a comfortable and economical base to visit the lake and its surroundings and you are not too demanding, it is fine. The best thing is the swimming pool where you can dive and relax after a day spent exploring the surroundings that are worth it.

Un hotel 3 stelle ma in realtà peggio di un B&B Camera senza aria condizionata, lenzuola sporche e federe con i buchi. Non parliamo della doccia che era piena di muffa. Il servizio è scadente, la reception è effettivamente aperta 24h/24 ma spesso è lasciata incustodita. Il colmo è stato quando qualcuno è entrato con la chiave nella nostra camera alle 3 di notte quindi niente sicurezza. La signora alla reception era abbastanza stupita, il che ci fa pensare che fosse qualcuno dall'esterno. Il ristorante è aberrante, prodotti di pessima qualità e confezionati. La colazione era molto basica e di bassa qualità. Allego foto che testimoniano il livello di sporcizia. Falsa pubblicità, non fidatevi del sito internet
