La ubicación es muy buena, cerca a lugares importantes. La atención del personal fue excelente. Las habitaciones son cómodas aunque la decoración es bastante antigua y oscura. No tienen vista porque las ventanas están tapadas lo que genera una sensación de encierro pero las camas son muy ricas. Se siente un poco de ruido al estar en el centro de la ciudad. Durante la estadía mi esposo enfermó, todo el personal nos ayudó al máximo para encontrar un doctor que venga al hospital y vea y atienda a mi esposo. El personal muy amable, a pesar de la enfermedad de mi esposo, su ayuda hizo que pasemos un excelente momento en el Hotel. Cada vez que vayamos a Pasto de seguro volveremos, gracias!!

On June 26, 2024, I arrived at the hotel and it was after 11 pm that they finished an event with live music, which due to the lack of soundproofing in the rooms, you can hear everything, including traffic in the hallway, conversations, and when the neighbors are showering.
