Book this hotel upon the remarks on hotel. Far more better than remarks. All the staffs of hotel, from GM to receptioner, are so nice and polite while hotel itself is not that small. Good place to be if one happen to be at Patna on most of aspect from money value to comfort. Thanks to all.
PS. Visit of Bihar museum was a big surprising gift. A must place to visit in Patna.

Close to government offices on bailey road. Large, clean and well-furnished rooms. The food is quite good too. I would come back for future business trips.

The location of the hotel was good, the staff was very sincere in keeping the premises clean all the time, but the ac in the room and in the common area was not great. Water started leaking from the ac.

I am staying in amarpali room no 204. Staffing behaviour is excellent And housekeeping services are excellent Or every day replace amenities. And in room dining. Ask me dinner is ready And i really appreciate it . Every one Thank you. I will come back soon 🙏 🙏

Nice stay at all. Last time was stayed in red velvet samarpan but if you ask me m refer this hotel. Because food and comfort.

I stayed in this hotel for 35 days and this was my worst experience till date.The hotel staff's behaviour is so rude especially the reception lady & restaurant lady her name is Anshu she doesn't' even know how to talk to the guests. I would never suggest anyone to come to this hotel. Hotel service is very slow. There is a need to give training to the hotel staff as to how to handle or talk to the guest. I will never come back to this hotel again. Housekeeping staff Ms. Guddy I appreciate her behaviour she is very nice lady.
