Centara Life Avenue Hotel Pattaya

A 1000 THB cash deposit is required upon check-in. The hotel was fine for the price I paid. However, the cleanliness needs to be improved significantly, especially in the details. The room may seem clean at first glance, but if you look closely you will quickly find many corners that have never been cleaned. The bed was made every day, but the bed linen was never changed during my stay, despite the stains. Despite being right next to LK Metro and Las Vegas Beergarden, it was quiet in the room and the hotel. Taxi drivers and Grab deliveries have problems finding the hotel. The cash deposit was refunded without any problems upon check-out. Even though the price was cheap, I will not return.

The location of the hotel is quite difficult to find. The alley is winding back and forth. The entrance to the parking lot is the alley opposite the hospital. But the hospital is at the back. When I went out and came back, I got lost. 😂 But the room was okay. It was quiet.

This price is very cost-effective to live in the center of Pattaya. The hotel has been open for 10 years, and the decoration is not old and acceptable. But the area around the hotel is too noisy and the environment is not ideal. There are bars all around the hotel, and there is a giant Beer Garden next to it. There are bands performing until the early morning every night. In addition, the hotel is in a very small alley. Not only is it not easy to find, but the alley is also full of bicycles and three giant trash cans, which are probably used for nearby bars and residents to place domestic garbage. You will smell an unpleasant odor when you walk by. I don't know if this is the reason, but I often smell an indescribable smell in the hotel lobby. In addition, the hotel's air conditioner is too cold and noisy. The room temperature has to be adjusted to 30 degrees to drop, but it feels like the air conditioner immediately stops cooling.
