1. Room: There was a sewer smell in the room. The toilet smelled like the men's toilet was unwashed. There were traces of feces in the toilet. There were hairs on the sink and water marks everywhere. The faucets and handles were all on the bed. The bag is moldy and has black spots. 2. Service: The attitude is very poor, it is the same whether you are on the morning or evening shift. They said you can check in at 2 o'clock, but the hotel room is not ready when you arrive at 4 o'clock. They also said that it is not their problem, but that our rooms need to be connected. The customer service attitude was very poor and things were very slow. They were very reluctant to get toilet paper at night and said they could only use one roll of toilet paper a day. 3. Supplies: Very poor. There is only a circle of toilet paper in the room and they are not taken away after use. There were marks on the cups and they were not washed.
