Revisiting this hotel after almost 10 years, and while they've updated some facilities, the service quality has clearly declined. We had to queue for breakfast and ended up eating in a conference room. Then, at an à la carte restaurant, they told us they didn't provide water for our child, which was baffling.

The concierge service was good, but the front desk was just okay, and some of the room facilities were really bad, especially in the main building. For example, in room 819, there were small ants on the minibar and table, exposed wires by the bed, and stains on the stool and curtains. The sink drained slowly and leaked, and the air conditioning made strange noises. It was truly a terrible experience.

We got the floor we wanted, and the whole family was very happy! The hotel service is particularly attentive to families with children; the staff are gentle and kind. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with stable and effective air conditioning and hot water. The public facilities are great for kids, the beach is super close, and the breakfast is plentiful. It is a family woth kids hotel. Ideal for kids at all age group to come and enjoy their holiday. Food and drinks are on the expensive side though. The check in and check out counter needs improvement; too long waiting time and the attitude of the concierge is not on the positive side. All other staffs did their best at their duties to make sure guests enjoyed their stay. We love our suite rooms. But activities are focused inside the hotel only because should you leave the hotel with your car, you will immediately loose your parking spot and you will need to search for another that is a very far walk to the lobby or a very tight one. We can feel the effort of the hotel to manage the high volume crowd. All in all, the stay was a 5 star, our kid enjoyed so much we came more than once already. Ps. Some food vouchers were given when booked directly from the hotel, but excluded when booked from Trip.com. We felt a bit let down by this.

This is a great family-friendly hotel with its own water park, and our kids absolutely loved it and didn't want to leave. It has a lot of positives, but I'll focus on the downsides: First, the breakfast is really not good. While it looks like there's a wide variety, very few options truly cater to Chinese tastes. My wife only ate there once and decided not to go back the next day, preferring to grab breakfast at 7-Eleven instead. Second, the air conditioning in the room is incredibly noisy; I had to turn it off at night to sleep. Lastly, besides the free water park, many other activities come with a fee, such as the underwater scooter, kids' jet skis, and even the kids' club (which we didn't visit). Whether you choose to pay for these is entirely up to you. Overall, it's a good family hotel.

Amazing! A family-friendly hotel with excellent breakfast and a great location. This trip was incredibly satisfying, from the ambiance to the service, everything was top-notch. Firstly, all the hotel rooms face the sea. We arrived at night and didn't realize it until we woke up in the morning and were immediately captivated by the stunning view outside our window: the ocean, the beach 🏖, a water park, Southeast Asian-style architecture... It instantly put us in a great mood. Then came breakfast; the setting was beautiful. Sitting outdoors, with the sea breeze, surrounded by the picturesque Southeast Asian scenery, while enjoying the best meal of the trip (the curry and Indian flatbread come highly recommended!), it was truly refreshing. Finally, we went to the beach. The sand was fine and clean, with no vendors bothering us. There were also three large ocean enclosures ensuring visitors' safety. The water world was the only regret of this trip, as we didn't get to experience it due to our schedule. We definitely have to go next time to try the surfing, water slides, and flumes... It's a bit like the structure of Galaxy Macau, but with even more of a Southeast Asian flair.
