We arrived at the hotel before check-in time. The check-in documents were on the counter, but no one wanted to check us in before 14. Early check-in costs 300 baht. We had a long flight, so we paid.
Superior family room on the 5th floor. The room has 2 king-size beds, a table, 2 chairs and an ottoman, a table with a mirror, a wardrobe. There is a mini kitchen: an electric stove, a refrigerator, a kettle. The dishes include one frying pan, plates and cups, spoons and forks. No knife. No microwave. The furniture is old, the room needs cosmetic repairs. But otherwise it is clean. No dryer, no hair dryer (you can get one for 50 baht per day). The air conditioner cools. There is hot water in the shower. Gel and shampoo are provided. When you wash in the bath, the water flows onto the floor.
Pool is a strong word. A paddling pool. The water is heavily chlorinated and leaves float. In the evening you can hear noise from the road. There is no soundproofing.
The hotel is located 25 minutes from the pier. There is a fruit market nearby.

The facilities are a bit old, but it is a spacious and clean hotel with plenty of sunlight. It is a bit disappointing that it is far from large shopping malls and the beach, but there are various convenient facilities such as convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so the location is not bad for activities overall. I ended up staying here in total 9 days. The room was clean and nice enough. The cleaning girls did a very good job. The staff at check in were ok but not that friendly. The room had a belcony and wifi was ok but not perfect. The location is good though away from the craziness but close enough to walk around to the hot spots.

Cant complaint much, with such low price and early check in benefit. The hotel would be a good place for you to leave your luggage and explore the city. The room is very spacious. The drawback is the pillow is old and extremely uncomfortable to sleep on
