Condo is in a great location, right next to Central Festival. No problem checking in or out. Pool is large and wasn't crowded. The property has no fitness center. The view from the balcony is nice. The condo has everything you would need but is a older and starting to show it's age. Shower water struggled to turn hot.

Great location great price .. I would stay again.

The room is good. Got a bigger room than expected. Beautiful view. Very worth going.

Room had not been cleaned in months. Dust all over the place, even after cleaning crew stopped by. Bed hard as a rock, ended up having to buy my own mattress to sleep comfortably. Construction all over the place in adjoining rooms. Drilling, banging, painting, etc. Television was does not pull anything from antenna and was locked by owner in their account and was not supplied password, so you cannot watch anything on the television. Bugs all over the place every day. West facing rooms will not cool down at all due to the sun. Only 2 good things about the room were location and balcony.

Location is great and has stayed at Condos by Honey in the past with no problems… Currently staying in room 1545 15th floor and have been disappointed with no hot water for kitchen / bathroom sink….Was not inform before renting this unit that the only area that has hot water is the shower …. Staff member that showed me the unit was unaware that the bathroom sink did not have hot water and was apologic but upper management was very rude and told me most of their units do not have hot water in kitchen or bathroom sinks…. I will not be using Honeys services anymore and will not recommend them to anyone else for future visits to Pattaya….

Excellent. Have stayed with Honey’s 5 times for a total of about 30 weeks. 1 point - previous reviewer states it is hard to get the luggage up the 12 steps at the front. On the left of the steps there is a smooth ramp which makes it much easier. The Honey’s driver who picks me up from the airport and is very reliable - Moo- does it for me. Alternative is to have taxi drop off passenger and luggage on the top floor of the garage by the staff elevator. No lifting required!

I’d often wondered what it would be like to stay in this wonderfully central building and was lucky enough to finally have two weeks vacation here. The location is fantastic. Central Pattaya, next to Central Festival, the beach and second road. Surrounded by everything. My flight arrived a few hours before check-in at 2pm but the staff at ‘Honey’s’ kindly kept an eye on my luggage whilst I had coffee and a bite to eat at their coffee shop next door. The staff took my Thai mobile no. and said they would call me if I was able to check in any earlier. They did and I was! The room on the 18th floor was spacious with all amenities. Even a spa pool in the bathroom which was a pleasant surprise! It normally takes me a while to get accustomed to new beds & pillows, but from the start the bed & pillows were perfect. So comfortable. Just like at home! The ground (3rd) floor has shops, restaurants, massage, coffee shops and laundries. Everything you would need. The elevator reception staff are wonderful and helpful. The swimming pool large and inviting. Overall, perfect. The only improvements would be a beach view, but it was high-season so I was unfortunately out of luck. Also, there are about 12 steps leading to the building which means it can be a struggle with suitcases. Highly recommended!

The Best location in Pattaya to stay next to Central Festival Center and Terminal 21 Mall and all types of restaurants are near by.. Thanks to to hosting lady manager she was very helpful and supported us in accommodating all in one apartment we were 9 persons and the facility was very clean and all new appliances the building have wonderful swimming pool kids love it

There are several points that need to be understood before staying here. Each unit is individually owned. So 1 unit might be in need of complete re- decoration and the adjacent unit might be just fine. Also this is Thailand so things are done differently. (eg no clothes dryers). The Manager is Nok and he is excellent. 1. Stayed for 3 weeks mid March 2022 to early April. 2. Had a waterfront end unit on Walking St side, 3. Fabulous wrap around balcony. 4. Clothes washer did not work and got a 250B/day discount. 5. Everything else worked. 6. Location is fabulous with private walkway directly to Beach Road. 7. Also on ground floor is a Cafe, Laundry, General Store, grocery shop, 2 restaurants and Massage. 8. Honey's is by far the best /dominant rental agency. 9. Avoid rooms on the Hilton/Naklua side. 10. If I had problem (eg AC remote not working), I told Nok, and he fixed it immediately. 11. WiFi was weak. Bought a 10 meter Ethernet cable - problem solved. 12, Fabulous 20 meter pool which gets the sun almost all day.
