You can say it carefully and slowly. If you say she has a bad attitude, please say it slowly and respond immediately: I don’t like it. You can switch to someone else's service. I only replied: ok, change. She was dumbfounded. There is a service staff named May who has a great attitude and is very considerate. She is the only employee in this hotel who deserves praise. After checking in, the air conditioner in the room made a strange noise. It took 30-40 minutes to fix it, but it was inexplicably better. I felt like my time was wasted from the moment I checked in. The hotel made no comment. Check out I came early to ask if I could pay more to stay longer because my flight was in the evening. I felt tired and wanted to rest that day. I couldn’t respond. I rushed to check out at 12:00. I checked out and asked if I could borrow a bathroom because I was flying at night. The waitress was pretty. But the attitude is so bad and arrogant that it is annoying. They only say that you can still wash your hands after checking out. I went to have my feet massaged first and then came back. The hotel said that after checking out, the facilities for washing can only be used before 14:00... Why didn't you make it clear before? This hotel is the most expensive but has the worst service attitude among the three hotels during my stay in Pattaya.
