1. The room requires some maintenance as the bed light wasn't working well. 2. Cold water in the shower has low pressure which makes it a challenge to shower. 3. Breakfast was great with a variety of choice and the staff at the breakfast section was really helpful by servicing the guest brewing  a cup of  coffee / tea.

Excellent old hotel. We took a triple room with a double and a single bed. My son didn't like the single bed with a spring mattress. The double bed is good. The room is large. There is underground parking. The breakfast is quite good. There is an extra sink in the room, which is very convenient.

Had a great stay here. Extended twice. Definitely will return. Rooftop pools, friendly staff, great breakfast, quiet clean rooms with firm beds, 10 min stroll to 7/11, laundry and Tops. Street food and Seafood at your doorstep.

Noisy new hotel is first impression at the lobby every where are the Chinese tourists waiting for their bus when I arrive at lobby for check in. So, I escape to my room but there’s a sound of maintenance outside the room waiting for me there LOL. The sound was silent when it’s evening. And the noise came back again in the morning at breakfast area. However, it’s a good new hotel with great facilities and friendly staff. Bed and sofa are soft and cozy. There is bathtub in the restroom. Nice welcome drink. Overall good for me.

We stayed from November 5 to 18, we really liked the hotel, the complex has very cool swimming pools, 7/11, ATM, massage parlor. The sea is nearby 10 minutes walk, the night market is about 20 minutes walk, many shops, cafes, a laundry is also nearby if it is important to someone, breakfast is optional. The room was cleaned when we asked. The bed linen is good, the room we lived in on the 8th floor, there is a balcony, fresh repairs, there is air conditioning, a safe, a refrigerator, no insects. When there was a small problem with the water supply, we were given a key to another room so that we could calmly go to the shower. Next time we will definitely stay here. As a frequent guest at this hotel I'm saddened by the appearance of beer bars next door to the property which this time made my stay much less enjoyable. The noise could be heard until the early hours of the morning. Closing the open window vent in the bathrooms would be a good idea as the bathrooms are already ventilated by a fan anyway. A lot of noise penetrates there. Also weatherstripping around the front door ? Still a good hotel but not quite the bargain it used to be.

Location: medium. The hotel is located in the south of Jomtien Beach, which is sparsely populated. Fortunately, there is a 711 and a laundry room 200 meters away. The advantage of this location is that it is very quiet at night, and the cost of travel will be higher. Although it only takes 700 meters to walk to Jomtien Beach. But it is too far from the Central Pattaya Pier and Terminal 21 in the north of Pattaya. Room facilities: microwave, refrigerator with freezer and refrigeration. The room is very clean and the bed is huge (it can accommodate you and two Thai girls). There is a balcony for drying clothes. The sound insulation is very good, and you can't hear the sound from the next room at all. The security guards are serious and responsible, and the sense of security is full. The landlord can help a lot, book tickets to watch performances, go out to sea... If you want to go out to massage shops, snack streets, and bars, there are none here. Environment: It is 1 km away from the nearest beach. The best way is to walk. The first road of Zhongtian Beach has been renovated for several years. There is really nothing to see near the beach! The hotel used to be a resort, but now it is almost a bit desolate. The most important thing is that the nearby trail is dark at night, and there are several wild dogs. It is recommended that people who are afraid walk about 200 meters along the main road and turn left at the road under a large apartment building. There are more vehicles here, and wild dogs are not so brave to run around! Service: It looks polite on the surface, but it is actually full of bugs. According to the membership level, Ctrip gave the previous 10 o'clock check-in, and also asked to arrange a double bed room. They agreed, but after arriving, they first said that no matter what the situation, the hotel can only check in at 12 o'clock. After showing them that they are travel recorders with more than 1.3 million fans, they gave the key to room 406 that had been prepared long ago on the desktop. But when they went to see it, it turned out to be the standard room with the worst location and the most dampness on the first floor! I decided not to stay immediately. The waiter said that since you have to check in at 10 o'clock, this room can only be arranged. The big bed room needs 12 o'clock because the previous guests have not left. When I said that I would not stay, she went around and came back and said that there was a room! Then she took me upstairs, and there were only big bed rooms upstairs! And in the next two days, no one checked in at all. They didn't lack rooms at all. They were just testing you step by step. It was very strange! Why don't you leave a good first impression? Hygiene: The room is very large, but the hygiene is really average. Although the facilities are aging, if they are carefully maintained, there will not be a thick layer of dust everywhere like now, and the toilet is not cleaned! There is an obvious layer of dirt on the glass, and I dare not use it! I still bought two cups of ice water and brushed my teeth with that cup! Facilities: It can be seen that the facilities of the hotel used to meet the conditions at that time. It is a pity that they were not carefully maintained. The TV seems to be new and has never been turned on anyway! The air conditioner suddenly sprayed water the next morning, and the trash can was half full! The corners and shelves of the shower room and toilet are never wiped, and there is a thick layer of dirt. The check-out time is 15:00, but they knocked on the door at 13:00. This is probably because Ctrip and the hotel didn't coordinate well! For the current price, this is acceptable. If it's more expensive, I won't stay here. By the way, they charge a 1000B deposit and they will check the room after check-out! If you live in the innermost room, it will take some time to check the room!

It is shown on Ctrip as a newly opened hotel with no bad reviews. But it is really not suitable for children to live in! It is not suitable for friends who travel! The hotel has four floors and each room has a balcony. We booked a double room with 2 breakfasts. Ctrip showed that we needed to pay the fee with our children, but there were only two of us who had breakfast, so the service staff did not let us pay. The deposit for accommodation is 500. There are three service staff at the front desk, all of them are very enthusiastic. The hotel does not have a doorman and takes the card upstairs to the room. 1. The geographical location has no advantages. You need to take a taxi to go anywhere. Even if you go to the beach, you need to take a taxi. It is at least 20 minutes walk from the nearest beach. You can see the pictures and specially locate them. Whether you go to Jomtien Beach, Pattaya Beach, or any night market, you need to take a taxi. It is very inconvenient. 2. The hotel is in the alley, surrounded by open space. It takes 6 minutes to walk to the nearest 7-11. It is too dark and unsafe to walk at night. 3. I don't know if the bottom of the hotel pool is too old or not cleaned properly (this is a new hotel on Ctrip), I didn't dare to let my children swim after I found out. You can watch videos on agoda, and there are pictures posted by guests. Breakfast is a set meal, probably because there are not many choices due to the small number of guests. 4. Each room has a balcony, which is good, but ants were found in the bathroom and on the table.
