This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel. Our stay was exceptional. The staff were very friendly, and the room was beyond comfortable (spacious and beautifully). Decorated throughout the hotel is exactly like a palace. Great location and amenities. 7eleven is just across the road. We'll be back again.

Very nice and quite spacious room with lovely view. Breakfast and service excellent and very beautiful garden and pools. It is a bit outside the town but therefore quiet and beautiful location. There is a free shuttle to town several times a day which I did appreciate.

Flight to Thailand to Asia Pattaya 14.04.23g on 25.04.23g. , chose a little better hotel, it is really better , with the territory, with its beach where the water is cleaner than everywhere in Pattaya, with the pool, cook delicious, the Internet is everywhere, NO .... far from the main road/street and from the fed court, Pedestrian every day to the fed of the court with the greenhouse effect, it is HARRY! REALLY TRUE! Just everything has been expensive, and paid 176000 on 2 with a colleague, NOW THAT! Better to take the hotel on the simpler but somewhere on the main road, and so the torture ....! In the hotel cleaning REDKAY, cleaners every day in the corridor, but not always cleaned the rooms! In the hotel no rooms with balconies, all rooms without balconies!!!! They got on the Thai New Year, everywhere sprayed and watered, infinite ...! Massage and food, Fruit as usual at the highest level! RESTEN GOOD! In this hotel for such money, I would NOT fly again if only on cheap, I would fly in other hotels closer to the main street!

I was looking for a new hotel to stay at after leaving the Royal Cliff, and was approached when passing the Sanctuary by Nakhon the Bell Boy who kindly offered to show us round the hotel. I’m lucky he came to speak to us as I may have not had a look so was great on his part to speak to us and offer us a look around! He was great and helpful. A week later, we decided to book in for 10 nights and what a great decision that was! Amazing hotel, perfect location and great staff, we really enjoyed our stay and great prices also! I am very keen to return to the Sanctuary when I come back to Pattaya as it ticks all the boxes for me. Highly recommend

One of the best hotel experiences in Pattaya. There is ample parking, neighborhood is very quiet. Room is clean, TV is modern (with wifi connect), amenties are abundant and free, and the staff are attentive. Would stay again whenever I visit Pattaya!

We had a warm welcome when we were arrived and shown around where everything was explained. Our room overlooked the most amazing view and the room itself was spotlessly clean with everything to make our stay comfortable.

We stayed for 1 night at this hotel. It was a good experience. We were welcomed at the check-in desk by friendly and helpful staff. The welcome drinks were also delicious. We spent some time at the pool as well. Not crowded and a nice view at night. We also liked the simple breakfast. Would consider coming back next time when we visit Pattaya.

Rested at the hotel from 11 to 21 December 2022. Thailand was the first time. Flighted by AZUR air through the FUN&SUN tour operator. From Utapao airport to hotel 45 minutes to drive. The hotel is in Pattaya itself, all on foot. Hotel is not on the first line, to the sea go 15 minutes. We arrived at the hotel about 12.30, and in 13.00 we have already settled. The room got excellent, fresh repair, everything clean, panoramic windows, view from the balcony to the city and the sea. Every day cleaned. Breakfasts are good: always a few garnish (rice, pasta, sometimes potatoes), meat every day, always a couple of soups, glaze eggs, sausages, different sauces, from fruits every day were very sweet pineapples and arbuzas. Several types of juice, coffee, tea and bakery. You will not stay hungry exactly. Russian in the hotel staff is not talking at all, but the Yandex(Google) is a translator for you to help. There is a classy pool on the roof of the hotel with a chic view of the city. In general, the hotel liked, recommended.

Lewit Hotel (Radisson) This is quite a new hotel, about 2 years old or so I think, half way down Pratumnak Soi 5 just after it splits in two. The front of the hotel is on the main part of the Soi and the back of the hotel, and the vehicle access, is on the smaller part of the Soi. It is a fairly long trek up the hill to Pratumnak Road, coming back down isn’t too bad. I arrived at 11am, checked in and left my luggage. I got back about 1.45pm and my luggage had been taken to my room and the aircon put on. They gave me my keycard, there was a 500 baht deposit returned at check out, and I went up to the room. They give every guest 2 keycards so you can leave the aircon on if you want. I was halfway through unpacking when the doorbell rang and it was a member of staff with 4 free breakfast vouchers. It was immediately clear that this was a completely different class of hotel to my previous one. The room was very nice indeed and a decent size. Spotlessly clean, immaculate decor and fittings, and a large comfortable bed. There’s plenty of surfaces to use and a decent sized wardrobe (only 3 hangers again) and shelves. There was a big fridge, a large Smart TV with accessible HDMI ports and fast WiFi. I watched my Android box a few times with no buffering. There were plenty of power sockets, including 2 USB on one side of the bed. There was a small balcony with 2 chairs and a clothes rack. My room looked up Soi 5. Nice bathroom and a big shower. The staff were all excellent and housekeeping was always done when I requested it, and to a high standard. There was a bit of problem with ants in the room and although the cleaner sprayed they never went away. There’s a pool on the second floor, the restaurant is near it and there’s a fitness room somewhere nearby. The restaurant menu was quite reasonably priced for a hotel and room service is available. There’s no laundry service but there are a few laundries on Soi 5. There’s iced drinking water in the lobby to help yourself after trudging down the hill. As I was given the vouchers I went down to breakfast on my second morning. The staff were unwelcoming and unfriendly, in total contrast to the rest of the hotel staff. I handed my voucher to one of them who looked at it suspiciously and said something to another but that was it. They didn’t ask for my room number and I couldn’t see any evidence of a system to check who was having breakfast. The buffet breakfast brought back memories of the worst 1980’s Thai hotel breakfasts. The western options were extremely anaemic frankfurters, some processed meat pretending to be ham, some diced potatoes with small bits of bacon and fried eggs. I took a couple of eggs and a few potatoes but they were stone cold so I didn’t eat them. There were a few Thai options - I’m guessing they were cold as well as they hadn’t turned the burners on. So I settled for a couple of mini croissants and a slice of toast. At least the coffee was drinkable. Other options were a few small p

GGuest UserFacilities are ok for price of hotel. Breakfast was basic: good asian foods but continental breakfast items were pretty basic but cold. Customer service of this hotel is terrible. Our sheets got dirty from sunscreen and housekeeper left dirty sheets on our tabble in our room. We thought that housekeeper had forgotten them. Next day there was hand written paper on sheets, where was ammount of 2000baht. Receptionist says that we could get sheets washed ourselves at laundry service and then we have not to pay them. And so we did, and sheets were better and cleanier than other sheets at the hotel (there was broken sheets and towels). We still had to pay 2000baht. This was worst experience of customer service we ever had in Thailand. Thats why we dont recommend this hotel to anybody. They find a way to get ypur money. Maybe they have to check their room prices so they do not have to charge for nothing.

II am J JourneysEmployees look after only one person. not thorough The phone to contact the hotel is quite late. or not at all is a mobile number. But checking in if not many customers is convenient and fast The room is clean, the big screen TV looks good, the air conditioner is a bit small, it cools slowly. The water flows quite slowly. The bed, the pillow is comfortable, according to the price, not bad. Tae is not very good at all compared to the price. Fair.

MMurrayNigeFirst and foremost, I should say that I am a fan of Walking Street and nightlife in Pattaya. When I saw Unique Regency Hotel on the map, I was a bit sceptical. I tried it for 3 nights at first as it came highly recommended by my friends who travel to Pattaya very often and stay at this hotel. Upon having stayed the first couple of nights, I decided to extend my stay for 14 more nights. I really liked the fact that the hotel is on the Pratamnak Hill so it is a quick 5 minute ride with motorcycle taxi guys to the Walking Street entrance and Bali Hai Pier as I used the pier a couple of times to go to Coral Island as well. Some 8 to 10 minutes ride to Pattaya Beach or Soi Buakao. The motorcycle taxi guys charge 80 baht to Walking Street or 120 baht to Central Pattaya Beach Mall, Soi Buakao and Pattaya Beach Road. I really like to have fun in Pattaya's nightlife but when I relax, I prefer a hotel in the Pratamnak area which is near to Walking Street but also quiet and has a relaxing atmosphere plus great views and I should say that the Unique Regency Hotel did fit all my requirements. The rooftop pool is absolutely beautiful, a fun pool to enjoy both in day time and evenings, whenever I went up with my newly found friends, they really loved it ;-) The food and drinks on the pool are averagely priced and very delicious, actually very well priced as the tasty food and atmosphere make it even better. The hotel has free shuttle bus service also. Staff is extremely polite and helpful. I used to wake up late but they were still very accommodating to welcome my request to clean my room a bit late ;-) I stayed in the Deluxe room first but then upgraded to Deluxe City View. Whenever I came back with joiners then they registered their photo ids which is a good plus. The hotel is joiner friendly. WiFi is extremely fast, I think it is because they provide the 5G system over their wi-fi. Buffet breakfast could have more items but I hardly woke up early enough to have the breakfast. I always had my brunch separately at the pool on the top floor. I will keep coming back, that's for sure!

Pattaya Park Hotel and Resort is a place that I like very much. Every time I go, I will go to relax and find something to do. Each time I go, the latest I went to visit my relatives to travel and come to do activities at the hotel. The hotel has a water park, swimming pool that is ready for family fun. And then I would like to have a staff to stand and see if there is a bad event, he will help immediately. Which is very good. I am quite impressed with this place. Another thing here in the morning, there is free rice for the hotel. The hotel is near the beach near the street market, bar and restaurant. This place is very convenient. There is an elevator to use comfortably, but I would like to lose that some elevators are not good. The room has a very good balcony. There is a bathtub and a television. This hotel has a lot of internet. I recommend it for people to come with the family. It's really good. The service is very excellent. By the way, you should come at a non-peak time period, otherwise there will be a lot of people, the reservation space may not be left for you.
