Lovely hotel check out the beautiful original fresco paintings throughout the large lobby. Haven’t written a bad review here before but despite wonderful assistance from I think Apo and sone others at least three desk staff were directly rude and unhelpful. Three people individuals made no attempt to listen or assist me and I was just made to feel like the stupid foreigner on several occasions. I would stay again but I won’t expect much from certain individuals who really didn’t want to help. Every other place I’ve been in Thailand is lovely, kind helpful and charming - but two or three individuals here shouldn’t be in the international tourist service industry 😔

No breakfast, this hotel is okay, not far from Pattaya Beach, not far from Pattaya Bar Street, just a short walk away, sleeping very quietly at night, there is no hot water to drink, there are mineral water. This has been one of my favorite hotels in Pattaya. But the cleaning is now under all criticism. You will find used facemask forgotten, the shower area has not been cleaned since the last guest. They forget to refill with towels and toilet paper. Some things are also broken in the hotel room. TV sets are missing, cabinet doors in the kitchen are loose. But they offer me to change room due to the air-condition. But in the other room that was okay but other things missing. This hotel has a big plus that you can make your own food in the rooms. I Understand that it has been a very difficult time during the Corona pandemic, but now that guests are starting to return and they need to improve. Sorry for my opinion but right now is the truth. but hope soon better again. Right now the restaurant only served breakfast, not lunch or dinner.If you like spacious rooms for a good price, this is the hotel! I have stayed in all the different rooms the offer. Last time I stay in Grande suite who have to seperate bedrooms, livingroom, dining room and 3 toilets and I also stayed in the one room bedrooms. All rooms are bigger then must in the area. For easy transport let the reception order taxi or use Grab app or motorbike taxi outside at 7 eleven.

I were the first time met so ridiculous experience here. I stayed and paid for 2 night there. The first night I found no hot water for shower but the only staff there behaved rude and lie to me that all the room were same type of heater. After I found other room the heater was normal cos I were busy for my schedule and arrived late, so I didn’t get show for the both nights. The only staff there , a rude and cannot speak English that the profile didn’t mentioned, so she couldn’t answer anything except the payment . Once I arrived that told the staff would smoke in the balcony cos this is common to smoker to do at an open area. Smoke is not a crime, but we responsible not to disturb others only! The room was not a close setting, not use Central extraction system, it designed with 4 standard windows then with a glass door for the laundry balcony, so what the point they did it that I have no idea. More ridiculous, I went out from 9 to 9, once I back to this place, I still complaint no hot shower, she didn’t care but she suddenly forced to go into my room , shouted it have bad smell by smoking. Then she looked like caught a criminal that called the owner! Only intentionally fine 2000 Baht ... but the owner didn’t come to check the fact, he didn’t care why his staff has the right to go inside the room without my consent, only concern ask about the penalty ... I knew was difficult to communicate with this kind of persons. Non sense to respect to the guest. Their dirty eyes only thought about how much charge me even I told him , I have never smoke inside but they took balcony was inside the room! I don’t waste time to argue have I smoke inside or outside. I told people that the owner and this staff were invaded into the place which I have already paid and occupied. This obviously violation of the guest’s right. You only allowed to check once I check out that the place is belonged to you again. What the owner and this woman almost destroyed my holiday there. Very Bad location that nothing around, a few look dirty restaurant. No English staff to help foreigners, specially she was hostile toward the guest and alway show her terrible face. My experience was just paid a 5-6 USD you deserve to a very nice hotel with swimming pool , fitness and sauna. Pattaya was a very bad reputation toward tourist for a very long years, so I found the price of hotel were abnormally cheap, many of you probably can afford. However I will never back to this city anymore!

Wonderful stay for nine nights. Assigned room on the top floor (26th) next to corner room on the south side of bay tower. Great view! Breakfast was adequate but good. Customer service (housekeeper, restaurant staff and floor desk was excellent! Short walking distance to Terminal 21 Mall and the beach was tight across the street. Would stay here again.
