①The overall facilities of the hotel are very new. It is a new hotel and very warm. I will come again next time. ②The hotel provided bottled drinking water. After drinking it, I found a green leaf logo on the bottle. I was scared to death, thinking that the water contained ** ingredients. After making inquiries, I found out that it was Maple Leaf brand drinking water, and the green leaves on the bottle were indeed different from the green leaves in the shops along the road.

Nice hotel with plenty of room having balconies, I stayed here for about 4 days it was great experience with good quality of Indian meals options available to choose from, there lunch and dinner buffet were also good. Breakfast has some low options but whatever they had has good taste in it.

The hotel's decoration is good, the only terrible thing is that this hotel is all Indian tourists from India, the hotel is also all Indian sites. Girls are not recommended to live here. Boys are not afraid to knock on the door in the middle of the night. In the middle of the night, someone suddenly knocks on your door and still knocks very hard. Soundproofing. The door is too big. The hotel is old and unhygienic. The air conditioner is very noisy outside the window and it is difficult to fall asleep, but it is ok at this price, and I only stayed for one night. One thing to be commended is that I lost one of my dentures in the bathroom and forgot to take it. I found it in the middle of the night. I was very anxious, and I went back to look for it the next morning. The cleaning lady saved it. I was so happy , thank you very much for her tip too.

Great room, great location but the staff that worked the early afternoon late evening shift. They were rude, mean and disrespectful. The 2 women that worked at the front desk on 12/9 around 6pm were the most cruel and horrible people i ever dealt with at a hotel before. They were insulting me in thai and english being very mean to me and at one point tried to ignore me because i was asking them questions about what is around the area as i had no idea where anything was as i live in the US. They were very mean and racists, they do not like black people at all. Everybody else at the hotel was very nice and respectful during my stay except those 2 asian women. I travel all over the world sometimes staying at different hotels in other countries and these 2 women were the worst i ever dealt with at a hotel anywhere. I dont advise any minority to stay here as you will be disrespected by these 2 women who work there as they probably make minimum wage. I felt sorry for them. I make over $100,000 a year at my job and i travel all over the world so i felt so bad for them. Hopefully someone there can either put them in line or just fire them asap. Stay blessed.

The hotel looks very good. The entrance is clean. The sea view room is very beautiful. The room is beautiful. The mattress sucks the soul and sleeps very comfortably. The bathroom is clean (only the barrier is too high and the water splashes into the toilet) and I want the balcony floor to be cleaned every time someone checks out. Because there was a lot of dust on the floor.
