I like it, impressed with many things, there is a security guard, hailing the car as well. Lovely staff speak very well. The staff in front of the counter speaks well. Breakfast has a lot to choose from. The atmosphere is very good both during the day and at night. In a clean and tidy room I will definitely go again.

The hotel was quite old but the atmosphere was good. It's a place where you can relax and chill. Although, it’s not possible to swim in the sea because the sea here was full of trash. However, we can took our child to play on the sand within the hotel instead which was quite clean. The staff was friendly, with the cleaning crew standing out. The breakfast was diverse, fresh river prawn but they were all same every day that we were there. (2 nights). The room was ok only not that practical if you have kid, because it has little space to put stuff and it’s open space with bathtub so you need to be caution all the time! So not recommend for family trip but good for couple.

everything is fine, except for the Chinese tourists who have been banging on the doors since 5 am. We're on vacation, but we can't sleep here. Double-glazed windows let the Chinese people through. All day with a broken head. the hotel needs to replace the loud doors, it is very noisy already from 5 am! shouldn't the hotel be quiet at night? to protect guests' sleep? There are not enough chairs in the room - there are two of us, one chair. There is no furniture on the balcony - there is nothing to sit on. Why a balcony then? otherwise everything is clean, delicious breakfast, nice design, bedding. don't put toothbrushes down.

Decent hotel with decently sized rooms. Cleanliness is good, very comfortable bed, room is quiet - good quality sleep. Very good water pressure. Good WiFi. I dont' like the ''Dont' do ...!'' signs everywhere. Especially the one about toilet paper. Throwing used toilet paper into an open bin next to toilet is something SO disgusting! And you want to charge me 3000,- THB if I dont do it? Do your job and install proper pipes in your sewage system, like in any other civilized country. Breakfast is good, fresh coffee. Staff actually cleaning tables and being helpful.

Rested in this hotel for 10 days. We took the last minute ticket, so there was no time to choose a hotel, they took what the tour operator offered. In general, we liked the hotel. So: We got to the hotel late in the evening, despite the fact that when checking in, a deposit of 1000 baht is required, and we did not have time to change the money, we were settled. I don’t know because of the big chocolate bar or it just coincided)) we were given the key to a good room on the 7th floor (710 seems to be). The ROOM is cozy, fully panoramic windows with blackout curtains, a small balcony, a wardrobe, a comfortable large bed, a sofa, a table with a couple of chairs, a microwave oven, a kettle, a refrigerator, a sink, a set of dishes, serviceable: safe, hairdryer, TV, air conditioning. It is not very convenient that the shower is combined with the toilet and there is no height difference - the water remains after taking a shower, but on the 3rd day we adapted)). There was no toothpaste and brushes (bought in Seven). They were cleaned every day, when they left the sign, the towels were changed at the same time, the pastel was changed a couple of times. Beach / pool towels are available at the reception. Upon receipt, I always checked that they were clean and intact with the administrator, if you show something, they immediately change it to ”decent”. FOOD: food is served in the hotel cafe (to the left of the hotel entrance). We had breakfast almost always at 2m, a couple of times there were 2 more people. This is not a buffet, but a list of dishes from which you can choose one thing. We most often took a ”fried egg” for breakfast (fried eggs) and fried rice with chicken. I didn't like the noodles, but choosing the position ”rice with pork” instead of meat ”cracklings” with lard)). There was not enough greens ... the salad is often ”tired” and tasteless ... But we are unpretentious - we never went hungry)). Delicious fruits (pineapple and watermelon were given) and packaged juice is quite tolerable. When asked to go with me, they said that there were no containers ... The street cafe near the hotel was open from 4 am to 11 am, they never ate there, but there were a lot of locals. Of the minuses (for themselves) noted: the remote location of the hotel: - from the center of Pattaya (got from the hotel by 2 tuk-tuk with a transfer at the ”dolphins”); - from the exchangers, as you exit, walk on the left for about 15 minutes; - from cafes / movements / massage parlors - we took a tuk-tuk for 10 baht one way to the market for dinner; - to the beach (walk about 15 minutes. It is located at some hotel - the Temple of Truth is visible from the shore). From the pros: near the seafood market, quiet)). If you are not bothered by a lot of walking and getting by minibuses, then the hotel is even nothing). The deposit was returned upon check-out.

In fact, I didn't plan to spend too much time in Batiya, but because of this warm hotel, I feel like I am home when I come back after playing outside every day. There are very cheap and delicious small restaurants nearby, and there are very interesting small restaurants where you fish for shrimp yourself. There is also a very cheap hot pot grass shed at night. The hotel has a public washing machine, the room has a refrigerator, air conditioning, and even a kitchen. The boss and the proprietress can speak Chinese and English. So I really don't want to leave here. 👍

Overall it is clean ～ I chose a deluxe sea view room. The room is very large, two bathrooms, excellent lighting ～ Long balcony can overlook the coastline in the distance, there are two 7-11 downstairs, there is nothing nearby at night (it is an advantage and a disadvantage), the price is not very expensive, So the CP value is quite high! There is also a shop cat! Super cute

It was a terrible for the room and breakfast, first start before check in were called for confirm. And seems like has no communicate each other about rooming price charge and hotel never let guest know about the type of bed as requested. the room booked it was not clean at all on the bed found small hair on it, told reservation to change, but still charging more just because all room had only twin bed so surprised. Everything in the room are so old facility can't use look quite dirty, air conditioning not work well. Look so ugly and had not any taste which is breakfast, bread, juice, egg, bacon not cook under control, bread so hard, juice like just water mixed with little syrup, fruit watermelon taste very poor too dry and harder, unbelievable this is was called the hotel. Not recommend to stay better choose hotel beside by street.
