Good almost everything, good service Hotels near the sea, except for 2 issues that should be urgently improved: 1. The air conditioner is not cold, open all night, it's not cold. When opening the air conditioner cover It appears that the air conditioner has not been washed for 2 years, the dust on the air conditioner grille is very thick. 2. The swimming pool cannot be played. The water is very cloudy and dirty.

I stayed here for 8 nights in the deluxe room with city view. The balcony was really narrow and was told there would be a table and chair out there but there wasn't. I ended up moving the inside a chair and bedside table out there. The location is further away from the busier area of Jomtien Beach but you can easily take a tuk tuk down the road or into Pattaya city. I liked the room, bathroom and the cleanliness. It was something I needed after staying in less than ideal rooms on the islands.

I have friends where we met during internship 3 years ago. I have planned to go visiting them for so many times but Covid always interested us 😵 But finally that time comes !!! . When finished checking-in at front desk, I quickly go up to the room with so much excitement to sea how beautiful the view from the room, And yasss, it is what I've expected, love this so much . I stay here for 2 nights, I love when I wake up and see the view in the morning and having some snacks at balcony in the night . Thank you for assigning this room to us !!! . Sincerely, . We stayed 2 nights in this place the 1st night was fantastic, but in 2nd night I was not able to sleep properly we walk up at the middle of the night someone knocking at our door 3 times and its to loud...we heard commotion outside in our hallway someone's fighting thier voice was loud and door was banging. I was scared and worried specilly we have baby with us and walking up of the noise too. I told my husband no matter what don't open the door. The good things after an hour the hallway was silent again. But then I can't sleep back as it is. Overall very nice locations.

High rise apartments which I suspect is under management on behalf of owners. Furnishings are modern with good bathroom facilities. Stayed on the 28th floor with spectacular views of Jomtien Beach. Biggest letdown was communication as there is no on site office. No compendium in the apartment to advise how to operate facilities. Heard there were 3 pools and found the rooftop on 38th floor but no advice on other locations nor of any other facilities. Limited kitchen facilities and no jug to boil water so guess work on the microwave. Probably the biggest disappointment was being refused a second room card so not ideal if we wanted to do different things.

The hotel itself is infact decent for instance the rooms were very clean and looked nice.Balcony was great and bathroom was great. But the location is dreadful it’s not close to anything when you look out from the balcony it looks like a slum absolutely awful. Only come here if you want peace and quite. if you actually want to do things this is not the place the beach nearby is dreadful and so is the nightlife. Also the hotel has a large majority of Chinese guests which makes it difficult to communicate (at least for me)

Food is great, just in front of the beach and nice staff but the hôtel is not as good as expected. Gave us the room in front of their evening live band even if we checked in with a baby (no commen sense), had t9 change room at 10pm, and instead of sending someone to check if the move was done they keep calling on the room phone and wake up the baby multiple times. black-out curtains useless and flickering led lights in the room.

Если вы собираетесь брать самый эконом - то сильно не советую Это будет маленькая комната без окон (только там понимаешь на сколько важны окна для атмосферы), там стоит жуткий запах тухлой сырости, на потолке плесень, и нагреватель воды не работает. Красивые фото из бассейна - забудьте. Стекла грязные, вода тухлая. На просьбу переселить затребовали деньги, переселили бесплатно только после того как с потолка потекла вода. У нас даже паспорта свернулись от влажности Кондеры работали хорошо Первая линия, сразу через дорогу пляж - тут все хорошо. но купаться и загорать вы там скорее всего не будете, а будете ездить на острова, там сильно симпатичнее и вода чище в разы. Расположение хорощее, рядом есть много чего, по улице ездять тук туки туда сюдя чтобы съездить на ночной рынок, или в другую часть города

The renovation is completely new, everything you need is there, very clean. Pleasantly located in any area. The room has a kitchen, ceramic tiles, even glasses for champagne and rum.. A very good place to stay! The staff is very nice. Clean rooms. I choosed to stay in the two bed room with kitchen. Two king size bed and a big balcony with beach view. Easy to get bahtbus to central Pattaya. Just 20 baht or 10 baht inside Jomtien. Highly recommended!
