We recently stayed at this hotel and were impressed with the quality of the renovation. The rooms are modern, well maintained and spotlessly clean. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made our stay very pleasant. The rooms are quiet, located away from the street, and some even have a small terrace, which is a real plus. The hotel owner is also very hospitable and makes guests feel welcome. We highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

The hotel was generally very good in terms of bedroom and wellness centre. However, having specifically chosen this hotel due to its dining option and facility, at check in we were told the dining room was closed to hotel guests as they were catering for a large event. In our opinion, this is unacceptable and in such a circumstance, provision should be maintained for hotel guests especially as this provision forms part of the 4 star rating and nightly price.

Accueil parfait par un personnel attentionné a l' hôtel comme au restaurant. Cadre très agréable refait a neuf et de très bon goût. Les chambres sont très confortables et parfaitement propres. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est de très bonne qualité et c est le cas aussi pour le restaurant. Très facile pour se garer en face de l hôtel. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et je recommande l hôtel comme le restaurant.

Great choice if you are visiting Paulliac or Saint Julien wineries at Bordeaux. Very close to a few famous ones. The room is spacious and the amenities are nice. Good restaurant as well.
However, the only issue is the Accessibility, they have quite a few bumps, stairs if you are using a wheelchair or so.

The hotel and rooms are lovely, but there is literally nothing to do in Pauillac. No restaurant options and boarded up buildings. Not the charming French town we were expecting, and the Left Bank wineries and town councils need to up their tourism game. Stay in Bordeaux itself or in St Emilion on the Right Bank.
To top it off, hotel management were not friendly and helpful, and just didn’t seem to care.
