Not only is the retreat property beautiful,peaceful, and quiet also all staff is wonderful. They are doing everything to make you feel happy and comfortable! The yoga and meditation teachers know exactly what they are doing and they are authentic. Food quality, variety, and taste is excellent and it is sattvic. Sous Chef Devendra Negi did a fantastic job! I got very good treatments in the Ayurveda center which were tailored to me by Dr. Jugunu. I would like to explore more of their treatments. I will definitely come back to enjoy this retreat again.

It is my second time here and Veda 5 does not disappoint. The service is simply excellent, the food incredible, the Ayurveda treatments are top notch, and the location is beautiful and calming. I think the classes could be a bit better specially for those who come already with a regular yoga practice, but everything else compensates for it. Highly recommended!

What an incredible holiday! We recently stayed one week here with yoga friends on a group retreat. The location and views are amazing - waking to the sounds of birds, monkeys and the rushing river each morning, with mist rolling in over the hills. The ayurveda spa was lovely, but food was the absolute stand out. So peaceful and quiet, but close enough to Rishikesh for a much more intense afternoon of shopping! Try and do the hike uphill to the small temple on the other side of the staff village - worth it for the views, but take (and tip) a guide. I would absolutely stay here again.

I have just spent 8 days at the Veda 5 yoga and meditation resort and I highly recommended it. It is a magical place with a full daily program of yoga, meditation, cooking classes, and of course the opportunity to indulge in naturopathy and Ayurvedic treatments…. All the staff are highly professional and very personable. I would like to mention specifically Dr Anjali Srivastava and the Naturopathy team, Chef Devendra Negi for the delicious and healthy food and cooking classes, the team in the dinning room, the driver and last but not least Yogi Gajendra Negi for his excellent one on one session in yoga which certainly helped me immensely in gaining confidence and flexibility!! I was a wonderful experience . I hope to return on day soon.

Nice place for solitude. Yoga is a miracle and the coaches like Anjana and Mr Negi. The courtesy of the restaurant crew is amazing. Worth visiting once. In the lap of nature and deep silence, the journey inside grows blissfully. The place will enlighten consciousness.

I stayed at veda5 retreat for a week and it simply changed my lifestyle . I was suffering from depression and stress due to work and family . Doctor was confident that I can overcome my issues a d lead healthy lifestyle. Food was simply superb and staff very caring. This property is on mountains and quite challenging but the view is amazing and zero pollution. Will definitely visit again

My stay @ Veda5 was such a beautiful surprise!!! From the moment of arrival untill I left, it was one big warm welcome & all truly lovely. Natasha at the reception who welcomed me with a smile, a mala & fresh juice. Yogi Gajendra who taught me Iyengar yoga. Sous chef Devandra Negi who gave me many recipes of the delicious ayurvedic food. His team who does wonders in the kitchen and restaurant. Mr Rishabh Singh with his golden hands in the Ayurvedic Spa/wellness. The complete staff of manager Ashok was so friendly and high spirited❣️ …I can’t thank them all enough!! The resort’s location is almost magical on a hilltop. Is peacefull, clean, very colourfull with a lot of detail. Nice big rooms, a swimmingpool. Etc etc If you’re looking for a great yoga & ayurvedic retreat, I can highly recommend Veda5. I hope you’ll love it like I did

Veda 5 is in an amazing position in the mountains above Rishikesh and we had a beautiful view of the Himalayas from our room. It’s such a relaxing place to be with helpful staff, delicious healthy food and a great atmosphere. I had the auyervedic rejuvenation and de-stress package which involved daily massages and consultations with an auyedic doctor who was excellent. The daily yoga and mediation classes were great and the hotel will provide transport into Rishikesh which is about 30 minutes away at a reasonable price. Staying at Veda 5 was a relaxing and rejuvenating experience and I’d love to return.
