是一幢老別墅改造的、設施陳舊；但是佈置的很別緻。老闆很熱情、房間收拾的乾淨整潔。唯一一點缺點就是、雖然晚上開了空調，還是有點冷；希望以後有所改進

Il B&B si trova vicino al Policlinico e non distante dalla stazione di Pavia, in zona ci sono tutti i servizi essenziali e la fermata del bus è molto vicina.
La camera dove io e mio padre abbiamo soggiornato era in verità una suite (soggiorno, camera e bagno privato), spaziosa e pulita, con clima, Wi-Fi, frigo ecc.; in generale accessoriata.
Nel grande bagno, c’era addirittura la doccia Jacuzzi!
Il personale presente in struttura è stato cordiale e disponibile.

Friendly staff, convenient, nice facility. Eclectic furnishings. The only unusual thing (from a US perspective) was that the beds were very low to the ground, especially the double. Not a problem, just an observation that could affect some people with mobility issues.

La struttura si trova a pochi passi dalla stazione e 1,5km dal centro. Potenzialmente potrebbe essere un buon B&B ma purtroppo molte cose sono deludenti. La pulizia e' da rivedere, la stanza è molto grande ma andrebbe ritinteggiata (muri ombrati e macchie di insetti spiaccicati ). Bagno con doccia vecchia , tappetino instabile con il quale si richia anche di cadere. Colazione pessima, prodotti dozzinali, poco assortimento (4 fette di affettato, qualche frutto , 2 cornetti e qualche barattolo di creme/nutella) finito. Peccato per la gestione perche' potrebbe dare molto , ma 110 euro sono tantini per quello che offre

The room is nice, appropriate size, and in great conditions, but a bit dark. Wi-fi signal very bad to none; they need to add an adapter in the rooms. No shampoo and shower gel in bathroom.
