The hotel has convenient transportation and is not far away. The attitude of the staff here is okay. The room was quite satisfactory, nothing special, and it was quite hygienic and clean. passable all day

Desk person was quick and courteous. Property looked well cared for and room was clean. Everything worked properly. Good restaurants nearby. Breakfast was plentiful and well stocked. I'm up in Jackson annually for a convention at the Trade Mart (about 10 min. away) and stay at hotels in the Pearl area. I chose Best Western this time due to better reviews than the ones I usually get points with. Was not disappointed. I will say that parking might be an issue for vehicles pulling a trailer.

It might be a somewhat older type of motel but I actually prefer these ones where the rooms open to the outside instead of to an inside hallway. Property seems to be well maintained and clean.

Great place! The only problem we had is that the lock on the door didn’t work. We didn’t notice until the end of our stay but overall everything else was great.

So far so good! Flight was delayed connecting flight cancelled and rescheduled for the following morning! Surprisingly clean and front desk staff is very nice!!
