I have stayed at Mercure Hotel several times, and it has always been very pleasant and impressive. The service is friendly, the facilities are very complete and excellent, and the breakfast menu offers a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel price is a bit pricy, but it’s worth it for the service and facilities. Thank you.

I stayed at Mercure Samarinda for the second time. The location is excellent, with a great view of the Mahakam River. It is very close to the government center and the Citra Niaga shopping area. The breakfast is OK. The room is good. The check-in process at the front desk is indeed a bit slow. I like the green concept of environmental protection. Drinking water is free. Parking is not very convenient in this hotel.
