The hotel was a positive surprise.
Excellent breakfast, with unusual diversity. Very healthy food.
Excellent space/decor.
The pool water should be warmer, as there is a huge difference in temperature between the jacuzzi and the pool.
I highly recommend it.

Although there are no natural juices, breakfast is very good. It has a lot of varied fruit and all sorts of good things. The mattress on the bed was a disgrace, very bad indeed. Cleaning is also not perfect and has carpet. The water in the outdoor pool was green and very cloudy. With the exception of one girl at breakfast, the staff are not very friendly.

Estive hospedada neste hotel em ferias. O ponto negativo e lamentável a apontar é foi realmente o cheiro dos quartos, as varandas sujas (entendo que seja o pó e área da praia) , mas para um hotel de 4 estrelas é um pouco estranho e controverso. Pedimos para trocar de quarto, mas para espanto nosso quando fomos à varanda, a janela estava tão suja e o chão nem se fala (ainda pior que o outro)!!! Bom hotel, a localização é perfeita, a praia próxima é muito boa, quartos aconchegantes e amplos, vista linda, piscinas muito boas, estacionamento no local…e meu principal destaque é para o staff: funcionários extremamente gentis, inclusive no restaurante (aliás, recomendo o regime de meia pensão, pois a variedade do buffet é mesmo boa!). Parabéns e espero voltar em breve!

This is a nice modern hotel with friendly staff. They accommodated storage of our bicycles in a secure location. The hotel is a little outside of the centre of town but still easily accessible and easy access to beaches. The hotel could use an updating of carpets which I think hold some odours over time, new tile / wood would be nicer. Our room was very large and overlooked the nice pool. The breakfast is fantastic with one of the best range of items I have ever seen and in a great rooftop location with views in all directions.

Struttura molto grande ma non bella da vedere. A favore camera molto spaziosa e a pochi passi dalle due spiagge più belle. Le cameriere hanno bussato alla stanza dopo le 17 per fare la camera ma eravamo appena rientrati, un 4 stelle deve essere meglio organizzato.

En general es un buen hotel con las comodidades de 4 estrellas y una muy buena ubicación. El desayuno es variado y rico. Desde el hotel estas en una de sus de playas caminando y el paseo hasta Baleal, corriendo o andando desde la playa es muy bonito.
