Toute notre reconnaissance au personnel de la réception et du restaurant qui ont accueilli deux autobus de touristes fatigués , affamés dont je faisais partie à 1h30 du matin suite à un vol reporté au lendemain de Sunwing !!! la dame à la réception à distribué les chambres à la vitesse de l'éclair et l'opérateur du restaurant nous a servi un repas chaud et délicieux à cette heure tardive avec rapidité . Tous deux avec un sourire et empressement authentique . Bravo à vous vous avez adouci une aventure exténuante et pénible de cette longue journée .

excelente lugar
es la primera vez que nos quedamos en este hotel y nos gusto mucho. Fue una experiencia muy agradable, el lugar es muy bonito y las habitaciones limpias y confortables. Los ninhos aprovecharon la piscina y tambien nos gusto la comida del restaurante. Realmente un excelente lugar para quedarse.

Minimal amenities but friendly staff
The hotel reception and pool area were beautiful. However, the room was very plain with minimal amenities. It could have been a little cleaner in the bathroom. There were open bars of soap still in the shower. The box spring had a huge stain on it and the floor in the hallway had multiple dead bugs. The staff were very friendly and the waiter at breakfast was very efficient, fast, and welcoming.

The Only Place in Town
Glad this hotel was there, because it’s slim pickings otherwise, so I won’t be too harsh. But the primary interest of the place is the onsite ******, with the hotel clearly on the back burner. In any case, it’s got to be one of the only places to stay in Penonome.
