Bad! I booked a twin room. When I went to check in, the front desk service attitude was very bad. They didn't check me in. I went out for a walk and had something to eat. When I returned to the front desk, they still refused to help me check in. They were indifferent and said, "It's very busy now, it's better for you to cancel." I negotiated with the front desk. The other party agreed to my cancellation, but after I applied for cancellation, the merchant didn't refund me at all. In other words, the merchant agreed to my cancellation, but I didn't actually check in, but the other party didn't refund the money! I can only ask Ctrip customer service to deal with it. In the end, the merchant didn't refund the money.
